Summary: I gave it four stars overall because I thought this game was outstanding. This game may have had bad controls with just the Wii Remote (it says the Balance Board is required, but only if you prefer to use it), but it is great playing with the Wii Remote and Nunchuck. I had a lot of fun traveling around the world and the town of San Vanelona, and also a lot of fun customizing my player and board.
Summary: I have owned this game for about a year now I i love it. I think the graphics are great but I think they could have added more characters. I would rate this about a 8.00 because it's good but not amazing. I also think they could have added the oppertuniy to build your own park. They also could have added more sponsors and more boards. This game imperticulur was very frustrating at times. When I could land specific tricks and specific criterias.
Summary: This game is good. It isn't perfect though, and actually can be very frustrating at times. But for the most part it is a very good game. It has an entire story mode. It has a pretty long leangth and can get challenging at times. But all aside, the story mode is fun to play through. You can just free skate if you'd like, but in the story mode you actually can just do that if you like. One thing I love about this game is the Wii Balance Board support.
Summary: in skate it there was a small amount of things. I think they put small effort into this. there was less room to skate around. there was a small amuont of clothes for changing your your character. the story line was ok but most things were not. there was no cars no people or no no skate zones.every thing had to be so straight.when your done with a goal and feel happy you have to do another.maby there is a way but there is no way to change your character as you play.every...
Summary: I got Skate It solely because it uses the Wii Fit Balance Board. I enjoy playing it, but I suck, I am sure I will get better. I think it is hard because the game is well designed and there is a lot of detail to the movements. The Balance Board sensors seems well designed in the movement. I am a 40yr old mom I am enjoying it. I am sure I am not the demographic its aimed at yet I even like the music. It is not a lot of exercise but I do feel it in my calves when I'm done.
Summary: The game is alot of fun. It was a little difficult for my son to get the hang of it at first but after a little practice he enjoyed it alot more. For age reference, my son is 8 yrs. I recommend it for kids who do not get easily frustrated or have experience skate boarding. Husband adores game so I would say it is great for big kids!!
Summary: I have a disability and for anyone who wants to increase wrist and finger strength this is an excellent game. In addition, being wheelchair bound and not having the ability to actually skate it is reallly cool. I'm an adult and I think that adults besides kids will like this. I'm not to fond of the create-a-skater aspect, because it is to cartoonish. Skate for the xbox 360 is very realistic and that is what makes it better.
