Summary: My 9 yo neice played the Sims Animals-Africa first and just HATED this game because she couldn't control the animals. I say skip this one and go straight to that one since it offers more activities and options.
Summary: I loved the reviews about the kids devastated that animals were killed by other animals or died because of lack of care. I have three grandsons and my hope is they will really take care of the animals and not plan for their demise. Seriously I think you can learn a lot from nature and things do happen in nature that is sad. I appreciate that someone has created a game that brings kids into nature, where they have to take some responsibility for the things they do.
Summary: This game is FUN I can't stop playing it. I love how you can continue to get new levels and different areas around the forest. Of corse the only thing is for little kids, there is the fact of the carnivorous circle of life. Smaller animals get eaten by the predators. Other than that, I literally get zoned playing this game it's really fun and I enjoy it so much. You really feel like you're "interacting" with animals - of corse they are virtual.
Summary: We borrowed this from the library for our 9 and 11 year old and not only do they have fun playing this game but also our older teenagers. The older children normally don't like games like this but they started playing it when they couldn't do anything else and were surprised that they had fun playing.
