Summary: I really enjoyed playing this as a college student who has plenty of time to waste on a weekend but I felt that it was not near long enough. There are about 8 places in it I believe but they are pretty small. I did like that you had to keep the Eco system in balance and that if you don't keep your herds of prey type animals (i.e. zebras and gazelles) strong then they are more susceptible to predators.
Summary: I bought this for my young son. I think it's a good product, but do not buy it if your children are young. It requires lots of reading and you have to spend a lot of time nurturing the animals. If your child loves animals, is patient and methodical, then I think he/she will really enjoy this game.
Summary: This game is very disturbing for children. After petting and getting to know the sims animals, my eight year old was enjoying the game. But after a short while of this activity, predators in the game began eating the animals my son had grown attached to. I don't know what the developers were thinking of. It may be the circle of life, but its not fun as a game.
