Shaun's Gameplay Is As Soft As Snow

Game Informer
22 September 2009
  • Conclusion: Concept: Shaun White leads a charmed life hopping the globe looking for fresh powder, and now you can, too Graphics: The textures are blurry enough that you'll think you've been white washed Sound: A good soundtrack featuring Modest Mouse, Kasabian, Mooney Suzuki, and more Playability: The Wii Balance Board does not handle the double duty of movement and tricks well enough to recommend it over the Wii remote control scheme Entertainment: Too bite-sized and simplistic to...

Shaun White Snowboarding: Road Trip (Wii) - Review

VGChartz
20 February 2009
  • Excerpt: WOW! That was literally the first thing I thought when stepping on my Balance Board and hitting the slopes for the first time in Shaun White Snowboarding: Road Trip. This is the best snowboard game in a long time and that’s mostly because of the near-perfect and very addictive Balance Board controls. The device clearly allows for gaming experiences that wouldn’t have been possible with regular controls and snowboarding is an obvious genre that benefits from this.

Shaun White Snowboarding: Road Trip

Digital Chumps
4 December 2008
  • Conclusion: Shaun White Snowboarding: Road Trip is one of the best third-party efforts we’ve seen this year in terms of both gameplay and presentation. Apart from occasionally confusing gameplay with the balance board, its only true caveat is depth, as the overall experience loses appeal before long.

Shaun White Snowboarding: Road Trip

GameTrailers
19 November 2008
  • Excerpt: It’s a well known fact that when it comes to multi-platform games, the Wii often gets stuck with the short end of the stick with tacked-on, arm-flailing controls. This is not the case with Shaun White’s Road Trip. Breaking free of the mold, Road Trip offers a drastically different design from its HD counterpart, and implements a highly unique control scheme that takes full advantage of Wii Balance Boards that are now sitting in people’s closets collecting dust.

“Reis mee met de top”

evilgamerz.nl
6 September 2013

Shaun White Snowboarding – Road Trip

Spieletester.com
6 August 2009

Shaun White Snowboarding : Road Trip

JeuxVideo.fr
26 June 2009
Explications.
