Summary: This game was fun but too tough! Anyone who can figure it out without online help must be the smartest person alive:-) It was fun until you get completely stuck, which happens over and over. Some of the time I would have to just click everything to see if I could get anything to happen. The game would have been better if it gave you more clues as to what to do next.
Summary: This game was recommended to me by Amazon, and I'm really glad I took a chance on it! I usually play hidden object games, but Secret Files is a point and click straight adventure game. The story was very interesting, and the dialog between Nina and Max was witty and funny. I had to check the online walkthrough a few times, as it was challenging in some parts.
Summary: I'm a huge fan of the classic point-and-click adventure genre, so I was really interested to try out this title. It reminds me a lot of classic Sierra games that I enjoyed as a youngster. The graphics aren't going to blow you away, but the storyline and dialogue make up for it. Some of the tasks in the game are quite challenging; I didn't make it through without a bit of help. This is a great game but it can be a bit hard to find.
Summary: The focus of this game is the 1908 Russian meteorite which had a impact comparable to a atomic weapon, decades before such weapons existed on Earth. You play as the concerned daughter of a scientist investigating the mystery. When your father goes missing it becomes your duty to locate him and uncover the conspiracy behind the Tunguska event. The game can become challenging, but it is fun to play with family as you all solve the mystery togther.
Summary: i decided to delete my review, because 5000 characters are not enough for me and mainly because there is no possibility for paragraphes here. the rating represents my current rating of the game.
Summary: The graphics are awesome on this game, however, I consider myself an intelligent person and am an avid role player gamer for many years. This game is way too difficult. You have to resort to a cheat/walkthrough to figure out what to do next. No matter how much I rack my brain in trying to figure out the next step, I find I have to resort to the cheat sheet which isn't what I consider fun. A game should be challenging for the brain but this is ridiculous.
Summary: When I started the game, I noticed a few things: (1) The voice acting wasn't great. (2) The dialog was....not good. Sometimes embarassing. And (3) the puzzles were the 'combine some items' type, which are a good adventure game staple....but there were about as contrived as 'puzzles' of this type get. Before long, I was sick to death of guessing what inane 'improptu tool' I was supposed to make with the things in my inventory.
