Summary: Scarface: The World is Yours was originally released on the PS2 and Xbox in 2006 and was a major hit. It's not surprising since it is a Grand Theft Auto clone set in the 1980s and based on the mega popular and excellent movie, Scarface. What was more surprising is that Sierra decided to release a port of the game to the Wii in 2007.
Summary: I hven`t played this title into another console than the wii but it has a great storyline a fantastic adaptation to follow from the original movie and hey even the soundtrack on this game is fantastic, hand picked! This is a great shooter and mobster game the controls for the wii are perfect making this a very playable game without taking aditional adjustments like on other wii games regarding camera problems.
Summary: I was unsure about this game at first, but when I seen it on a mates Wii, I liked it as it looked fun. The general game is good as there is lots to do, sell drugs, build your empire, root out street gangs etc. My only concearn is that the controls are a bit ropey at times(Wii remote tends to wonder off the screen at times) which can be a pain when trying to shoot people.
Summary: This is essentially a PS2 game in Wii clothing - but for once don't let that put you off! If you already own this game on other formats, I reckon you should still give it a go due to the Wii controls! Unlike other shoddy ports (yes, I'm looking at you FAR CRY), this actually feels very intuitive. You shoot using the Remote by aiming and pressing the B button, while the Nunchuck can be used for shaking and taunting people.
Summary: If you're thinking about buying this game odds are you're also wondering whether it will ruin any fond memories of the cult classic on which it is based. It doesn't. Tony's second roll of the dice in this game; rebuilding his empire and hunting down his enemies, makes for a refreshing narrative. After viewing the film I found it enormously satisfying to turn around and blow that sneaky assassin away!
Excerpt: When I first sat down to write this review a question buzzed around my head like one of those rather annoying summer flies, is Scarface: The World Is Yours a movie tie-in game? I ask that question due to the recent re-release of Scarface on DVD but now I realise that it is something different all together.
Summary: I got this game today and after reading the review on game spot i decided to write my own review. The game itself is the same game that came out early last year on the playstation 2 however this version for the wii has been updated the controls are fun and something new. aiming with the wii remote is fun and easy also driving is very easy this game is fun if you enjoy games like gta.
Conclusion: This is about as close as your going to get to GTA for the wii but thats not such a bad thing!certain aspects of this game are improved compared to GTA such as the aiming controls which are a force to be reckoned with and the ability to wield a chainsaw by shaking the nunchuk however I believe that if a sequel is to be made of this game you should be given the option to kill who and how you please!
