Table Tennis is just as the name suggests a game of table tennis. With new controls playing Table Tennis becomes fun. You can propel, hit hard and high, or soft and low. Timing and position are equally important just as it would be in a real game. With the Nintendo Wii there are three different control schemes to explore. The standard control setting uses the Wii remote which you can swing as if it were an actual table tennis paddle. The direction you swing moves your shot and holding a direction on the D pad twists the ball. However with this mode you cannot control the positioning of your player. The AI maintains your character in a good position enabling you to fully concentrate on your swing. The other two control schemes are quite similar but make use of the Nunchuk controller. According to some players all these controls don’t really help as it do not correspond to the movement in the game. The action of detecting controllers’ accuracy is the main problem. There are 11 players to unlock and 19 different methods to use across several different tournament types. The game can be fun when played in multiplayer mode. You can also choose to have the analog stick for your shots or move your player around the field as these are both more challenging than the default setting. You’ll still have an amazing time playing this game. Due to its difficult timing this game is not so popular.
