Summary: This is the worst game in the history of Wii games. I'm sorry, but it shouldn't take 6 minutes to cast your "line" - this game is incredibly touchy. In my opinion, a game should be fun. This game is not fun, by any means. It is much worse than real fishing, you NEVER catch anything, that is, if you can even get your "line" to cast! And don't even think about getting it as a gift for a child or someone who cannot read. You do more reading for this game than fishing.
Summary: Reel Fishing: Angler's Dream ~ A great game for the price. My husband has enjoyed playing it. He used to be an avid trout fisherman in his younger days. This game has given him a lot of enjoyment ~ I am glad I got it for him for Christmas.
Summary: Got this game and I have to say it is total junk, this game is more like a soap opera. You spend more time in the lodge listening to the fishing master then fishing. When you do get to fish well it is a joke please do not spend your moey on this or you will be the REEL SUCKER.
Summary: This game has absolutely no merit, period. It is not user friendly, in plain english it SUCKS!!! It is possible it may be the fishing rod, I have not tried it with only the remote. Too much BS, not enough fishing. It is diffcult to change lures etc.
Summary: I bought this game thinking to give it as a present to my husband who's keen on fishing but haven't got many chances to do so here in France. He was happy to open up the present but when he played on it, disappointed with the non-reflexibility and limitations of the choice of the game. Furthermore, the instruction is not sufficient as we are not sure what, when, how we should do certain acts.
Summary: Didn't realize how complicated the game would make it to fish the venue's you would like to go to. Voice of the old fishing master goes in and out, complicated use of the wii remote just to cast the line! arrrrgh.
