I’m guessing that the Revolution of the title is in regards to the controls, as the newest Ready 2 Rumble isn’t too far removed from other titles in the series. It still involves cartoon boxers slugging it out in a more over the top manner than what you’d see in real life. I’m not a boxing fan, but I’m guessing that a powerful punch has never sent an opponent flying up towards the rafters, lets face it, even Ivan Drago couldn’t do that. Read more
There was just something downright fun about playing the original Ready to Rumble. I’m not sure whether it was the pick-up-and-play arcade-style controls or the over-the-top cast of characters that filled out the roster. I am sure, however, that the latest entry in the series, Ready 2 Rumble Revolution , has neither. Read more
I see no reason to buy this game or even mention it. Late last year we heard about Ready 2 Rumble Revolution being developed and now it is released. They really put no goddamn time into this game. I could name a hundred things I would rather do than play this game so do yourself a favor and throw this game to the ground if you see it. Read more

Once you learn how to do the motion controls, anyone can enjoy this game. No game has been able to pick up people freeform punching with the Wii, you have to adjust to the game. At a price of less than $10 it is worth it. R2R is the least frustrating boxing game I have played on the Wii. The problem I have run into is when your boxer gets near the end of his career - he is nearly unbeatable. Practice and learn and this game can be fun. Read more or see product
