Not as good as 1 and 3

K. Gudgel, Amazon
16 April 2009
  • Summary: I bought this after I had played Rayman Raving Rabbids 1, expecting it to be very similar. To my surprise, it was not. I finished the game the same day I bought it and it provided no difficulty. Unlike Raving Rabbids 1, it did not grade my performance and the difficulty did not increase. There were not as many scenarios to go through to complete the game and the little mini games were very quick.

Not anywhere close to as good as the second one

rakuten

  • Summary: Terrible compared to the first one, I love'd the first one and still play it, but the second was a clear "make money not a good game title", everything was lacking. A clear step down from the first. Why im a beating a dead horse, the first one was a launch title, never is a launch title, first in the series better than the sequals, by designers that have had experience programming for the hardware.

Disappointing for this fan of the original Wii version

Amazon Customer, Amazon
1 December 2007
  • Summary: I LOVED the first version of Rayman for the Wii, but this one is not nearly as entertaining. The cheekiness of the first just seems to be missing. The graphics look worse to me. The story is non-existant. I am so disappointed, but I will continue to play Rabbids The First until my arms fall off from cow-tossing.

Still hoping to find the magic in this, but keeps getting disappointed.

J. Sorensen, Amazon

  • Summary: Absolutely loved the original, played it through on my own and later with friends taking turns playing the different mini games. Rabbids 2 on the other hand is almost unplayable single-player. It totally lacks the story of the first game, allowing you more or less to pick mini games at random without any level of sequence. Some of the mini games have carried over the humour of the original, but others just fall through completely.

A BIG disapointment, after no 1

loopy_lou, Amazon
1 January 2008
  • Summary: We loved RR1, and we were really looking forward to number two, but the games are short and take no skill or they take too much skill, many are too short with simple games that take just one shot and the game is over. I am sure there are even less games too, the first took us prolly about a week or two to get through , this was less than a day !!!

Save your money

J. Parker "fear soup", Amazon
26 December 2007
  • Summary: I'll keep it brief - save your pennies for elsewhere - this is a desecration of what made the first game so good. As a special bonus, there's quite a few graphical glitches that make the whole affair smack of 'rushed out the door in time for Christmas'.

Much, much worse than the first game

kingg, Amazon
19 November 2007
  • Summary: I'd just like to save you from the disappointment that is Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 for the Wii. It is so much worse than the first game (which I loved), it beggars belief that the developer could make such a hash of it. The mini-games are simply rubbish, with no skill involved whatsoever. Most of them are too long as well, leaving you desperate for them to end. Overall there are around 2 or 3 good mini-games.
