Summary: I got this game for my husband for Christmas. He hates it. Granted there is more fishing spots than the old game we had for the PS2. However there is a part of landing a fish that you have to get the fish radar to match up. The book has NO instructions what so ever to get this to work. Looked online and nothing. I wish I hadn't of even bought this game! It is so not worth the money that I spent.
Summary: Love this game. I love that I can use just the one controller and NOT the numb-chuck. and that crazy plastic fishing rod thing. very similar to ps2 Rapala game, except for hitting sustain buttons in order 2 land the fish is kinda a bummer.
Summary: My family really enjoys this fishing game. But I will be totally honest and say, my husband is a fisherman so he knows about lures, lines, location to fish, etc. We also haven't tried any other fishing games. For a wii game under $20, it is what it is. Maybe the graphics aren't top notch or the music is lacking, but it's fun. It can tend to get a little boring catching fish after fish, but to my 4yr old and 6yr old boys, they think it's great!
Summary: Rapala Tournament Fishing is definitely a letdown. With only a few fish per lake (sometimes only one) the game has almost no depth, and the need to constantly push the Rapala product becomes annoying after only a few minutes.
