Summary: With Racquet Sports, Ubisoft does a fine job of filling in some gaps that previously existed among Wii games. Up til now, the only Wii game that had a racquetball/squash type game was Game Party 3, where it received only a bare-bones treatment (in Game Party 3, when your opponent hits the ball, your character would AUTOMATICALLY move to where the ball was going to land and all you had to do was swing).
Summary: I am mostly into RPGs although I will delve into puzzle, action, FPS and others from time to time. This is a departure away from what I'm used to, but my girlfriend got this for me because I'm a fat@ss and I'm glad. I'm getting a lot of exercise and having fun. It is meditative in that I don't have to worry about accumulating a higher HP or MP level, get a weapons upgrade, or cuss out the 10 year olds from Singapore who are camping near my spawn point so they can...
Summary: I have to agree with the last reviewer...this is a terrific game if you are looking for interesting challenges rather than realism. And that's really why I game, so in my eyes this is a fantastic game. The controls and camera work perfectly for me and I love the amazing variety of locations you can play in. You can even play under water!
Summary: Tennis, Table Tennis, Badminton, Squash, and Beach Tennis are all represented in this diverse, fun and exciting experience. One of the things I like about this collection is its focus on a particular type of sport. Previously, if you wanted tennis for example you would have to get it lumped in with other sports that aren’t anything like tennis (Sports Resort is a good game, but I don’t play half of the games available in it).
You might think that racquet sports have been done to death

Summary: No they have not! You haven’t played tennis until you’ve played it on the beach. And with so many environments to choose from (over 40) you can play these games in many interesting settings, and many different ways for that matter (when considering how many modes you get…6!). If you haven’t used a motion capturing camera (and even if you have) this is a great game to use one with. And if all of this weren’t enough, let’s get down to the meat and bones of the matter.
Summary: If you are looking for realism, stop here and look elsewhere. If you are looking for fun with some challenge, then you have found the right place. Very easy to get started. I have not tried the camera, as that does not interest me. The wimote with motion plus really gives you a whole lot of control and acuarcy. I also use the thrustmaster tennis rackets. They are a little strange when playing ping pong, but work just fine anyway.
