facanti, Metacritic

  • Summary: The mix between RPG and Puzzle is good, but it becomes a little boring after some hours. The graphics are poor and you dont need to change the characters (heros), you can finish the game with the initial hero. So, its good for the right price.

  • Summary: Music is best in series yet but it's let down by limited multiplayer and minor visual bugs. Gameplay is rewarding most of the time but some annoyingly difficult enemies may tempt you to /ragequit.

  • Summary: I just simply do not get this game. Read the booklet with it. Tried it a few different times, it just doesn't make any sense to me. Boring.

A bit difficult

Overstock

  • Summary: The game is not as 'intuitive' as many others and seems to easily frustrate the younger player. The 12 yr old for whom it was purchased is slowly getting it though. Doesn't seem to have very sophisticated graphics.

very disappointing game

L. Rogers, Amazon
24 July 2009
  • Summary: There is really only one type of puzzle to do and it is focused on getting weapons and shields to fight your opponent like some sort of crepy dungeons and dragons motif. I thought there were be many different types of puzzles to play and maybe an option to not follow the story line version. In the puzzle you slide blocks horizontally or vertically to match them with like colors to make them disappear. Very very disappointed with this game.

Puzzles + War

Matthew, Amazon
24 July 2009
  • Summary: This is my absolute favorite game for the Wii. It is insane with how much fun you will have with this game. Basically you match blocks of certain patterns/colors to give power to your sides monsters/people and once either your side or the others side has one of their people charged up full of energy he can attack, or you can wait until others are powered up.

good game

Jeannie Ford, Amazon
24 July 2009
  • Summary: This game has kept me busy for hours. The story line is okay, it could have been better, but the puzzles make you think. I really enjoy just sitting back and playing to see what new troops or items I can unlock. So far I have not gotten board, nor flustered with the game. If you are stuck on one puzzle you can usually find a different one to play to give your self time to relax before you have to go back to the one that was giving you trouble.

Interesting Game

  • Summary: I bought a second copy for my mother and she loves it. She mostly likes the head to head feature. I finished the campaign and didn't find it too difficult. Actaully I would like to play at a harder setting. The game is a turn base game like chess. It is also a little like the jewel game where you match like colors and shapes. You can choose your army, spells, and enchanted items before you go to the battle map. You gain better stuff as you play more.

Puzzle Game as the title says

Ryan "Fantasy Audiobooker", Amazon
24 July 2009
  • Summary: This is a puzzle game with one or two player modes. To be honest, this game sits on my shelf a lot... I haven't played it in months. You can find similar games online for free. Not a game designed for the Wii, would be better on a computer with a mouse.

okay game

S. Conroy "student of life", Amazon

  • Summary: It's not overly clear how exactly to play this game, but a little intuition helped us figure some things out. Had I played this game before buying it, I likley would not have bought it.
