Puzzle Kingdoms

Family Friendly Gaming
24 July 2009
  • Excerpt: The creators of Puzzle Quest have now brought us Puzzle Kingdoms. This puzzle game has a medieval storyline involving magic, famine, drought, and a polytheistic belief system. The puzzle action has a grid where blocks are inserted from the sides. All sides allow for entrance, and the screen shows which block will be entering if touched. Make troops, march them on opposing outposts and defeat them.

Puzzle Kingdoms

  • Conclusion: Puzzle Kingdoms did a great job of surprising me out of nowhere with yet another great title from Infinite Interactive. Though the production values seemed a little rushed at times, the core gameplay was there and the variations were enough to keep me playing. Still, the DS is the ideal system to play the game on since you can bring it anywhere and play in the short spurts that it's meant to be played in.
