Good old game

AE Martin, Amazon
18 December 2013
  • Summary: Okay this is a really good old game for Pokémon. But be warned it is somewhat ridged when linking it to Pearl or Diamond. You can upload your Pokémon to it from these two games, but once linked only that specific game file can be used. If you use another file you cannot upload to the Battle Revolution Game. Also you can only battle online with people with the same game. Boy I hope they fix this in the future.

  • Summary: If you like Pokemon battles on your DS then this is perfect for you. You import characters to your wii from your DS to do battle in exotic locations and in many different formats.

Fine with some extra work.

G. Price "techo hobbyist", Amazon
12 December 2012
  • Summary: Reading over the reviews both collosseum and XD sound like fabulous games and various DS versions of the pokemon games sound terrific as well. We have never had a GameCube or a DS. I purchased this title for the wii last Christmas for our two little pokemon fanatics, boys 6 and 4.

Good if you have a DS.

sportman101 , GameStop
24 June 2012
  • Summary: I would not recommend this game to someone without Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heartgold or Soulsilver. Without these games you have to battle with a rental pass, which isn't terrible but then your stuck using pokemon that the game picked for you and come on wheres the fun in that.

could have and should have been better

MARIOFAN25 , GameStop
30 May 2012
  • Summary: pokemon battle revolyution is an average game for the wii. you start by choosing a battle bass from either sinnoh or johoto and you go to collosieum mode to battle your way through the region known as poketopia. the collosieums for this game are very unique and fun to play on. from waterfalls and crystal caverns to gardens and downtown skylines. but this game isn't as good as it looks. when you get a battle pass your pokemon are level 50 and they will stay at level 50.

It Could've Been A Bit Better, Or Maybe Not

Escalaveir , GameStop
3 May 2012
  • Summary: To tell you the truth, I didn't 100% enjoyed this game. For other Pokemon games I played, I did enjoyed it. I like that you could play with your friends, but IF you don't have Pokemon Diamond or Pearl, you won't enjoy the game fully. Let me explain why. You don't go on an adventure, just battle, and if you don't have Diamond or Pearl version, you can't add more Pokemon to your party, meaning you'll use the same Pokemon the Nintendo People had set for you.
