Summary: Loved pokemon since I was a kid, always wanted to get this when it 1st came out, but didn't have the money or the console. Now I do and it's a cool game and would recommend to any other fans of the game.
Summary: Reading over the reviews both collosseum and XD sound like fabulous games and various DS versions of the pokemon games sound terrific as well. We have never had a GameCube or a DS. I purchased this title for the wii last Christmas for our two little pokemon fanatics, boys 6 and 4.
Summary: I would not recommend this game to someone without Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heartgold or Soulsilver. Without these games you have to battle with a rental pass, which isn't terrible but then your stuck using pokemon that the game picked for you and come on wheres the fun in that.
Summary: pokemon battle revolyution is an average game for the wii. you start by choosing a battle bass from either sinnoh or johoto and you go to collosieum mode to battle your way through the region known as poketopia. the collosieums for this game are very unique and fun to play on. from waterfalls and crystal caverns to gardens and downtown skylines. but this game isn't as good as it looks. when you get a battle pass your pokemon are level 50 and they will stay at level 50.
Summary: To tell you the truth, I didn't 100% enjoyed this game. For other Pokemon games I played, I did enjoyed it. I like that you could play with your friends, but IF you don't have Pokemon Diamond or Pearl, you won't enjoy the game fully. Let me explain why. You don't go on an adventure, just battle, and if you don't have Diamond or Pearl version, you can't add more Pokemon to your party, meaning you'll use the same Pokemon the Nintendo People had set for you.
