Summary: I thought there would be an objective to this game but you just go to the ten different "gyms" with random pokemon teams. It was okay but not very challenging. I think I beat the whole game in a couple of hours.
Summary: This game is essentially a continuation of the old Pokemon Stadium games. There is no real story mode and the prizes are fairly pitiful to say the least. You do earn a surfing pikachu with volt tackle for beating the game and get the items to allow the evolution of electabuzz and magmar. Aside from that, the remaining prizes will appeal mostly to the most extreme of fans.
Summary: Basically, if you don't have any Pokemon games for the DS, this game is unplayable. However, if you do, it provides a great alternative to the same old same old with giving your Pokemon a whole new dimension to battle in - THIRD dimension!! The star of this game is the WiFi battle mode, where those held items you give your Pokemon will not be consumed forever if used during battle.
Summary: game is okay and fun at first, but can get boring after awhile. The online play is good and fun, but it can get old fast. People online like to use hacks and legendary pokemon which is boring and cheating, but they are easy to beat so it doesn't really matter much. pokemon battle revolution should only be purchased if you have pokemon diamond and/or pearl. I recommend this for pokemon fans because they will enjoy the online battles.
Summary: All in all I enjoy this game -- for short periods. I've only made it to the third "Lab," but so far, I'm finding that almost every level is simply a game of balancing your platform so that the mercury glob doesn't fall off the edge. Don't get me wrong... lots of inventive gadgets and puzzles, but I was hoping for the ability to focus on the gadgets, and maybe solve a maze or two.
Summary: Well, this pokemon game wasn't what I expected. It has no storyline and the gameplay is the same as the old pokemon stadium games. Very disappointed in this game. It's just like the old pokemon stadium games except it's nowhere near as good.
Summary: Like I said, my daughter loves this game. My husband and I were not so impressed. We expected it to be more of a game involved, but it is really just battle after battle. You can't catch any new Pokemon and if we had a Nintendo DS, I think this would be a great tie-in. Since we don't, the gameplay definitely leaves a lot to be desired.
