Excerpt: After owning Lego Harry Potter and telling my sister about our shared family obsession with it, we received as a gift another game that is very similar yet very different - lego pirates of the caribbean. This can be a 2 player game if you have two wii remotes and 2 nunchucks to play with, and is given a recommended age of seven plus.
Excerpt: For any of you that are fans of the Lego gaming franchise, and for those that are yet to become, this game is a must have. I have developed a deep adoration over the years for the little brick bodied characters, and their comedic antics. The Story of course follows that of the four films, which were enjoyed by millions all over the world, letting you take control of the characters in Lego form and taking on the adventures of Jack Sparrow (there should be a captain in...
Excerpt: After playing both of the Harry Potter Lego series and Indiana Jones games , my family decided to purchase the Lego Pirates of the Caribbean game, as we had enjoyed the others so much, it was clear the next in the Lego series wouldn't disappoint. We bought the game at £30 when it first came out at a GAME store, however I've seen it decrease in price to about £25 and it is far cheaper preowned.
Excerpt: My son loves the lego games for the wii and as such when the pirates of the Caribbean game were released he wanted to buy it. We traded in a couple of games which we no longer played on and purchased it and I have to say I was initially filled with dread as I am quite rubbish at these games as a rule!
Doesn't matter if you are old or young this is great fun to play

Excerpt: I'm not a massive game player but this had me hooked! Lego Pirate of the Caribbean is the next exciting game from the Lego series! From the very beginning of the game, before you've even started, characters can interact with the surroundings whether they are collecting coins or having a sword fight! The game surprisingly sticks close to all four Pirate of the Caribbean movies with fantastic detail of characters and set.
Excerpt: based on the films with Jack Sparrow played by Johhny Depp, this game has so much promise with good story mode and the ability to use the remote and nun chuck as a sword as you dodge and move to dfeat your enemies. Fight as Captain jack sparrow, Will Turner or Elizabeth Swan every fight gives you the chance to out think your opponent and send them to Davy Jones locker. Or dfeated Davy Jones and his band of villains and become the king of the sea yourself.
Excerpt: This game has everything a pirate wants! You have sword-play and gambling! Throughout the game you play as Captain Sparrow as if you are playing through the film itself. The controls are as simple as ever. You swing the Wii-Mote to use it as a sword to attack your enemies. This makes use of your the Wii-Mote. All the other controls are simple and easy to use.
Excerpt: I bought this game simply for the fact that I loved watching the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy and I had heard good things about it. I managed to pick it up fairly cheaply after paying £11.99 for it in a local games store. At this price I couldn't refuse, most Wii games are double this. This game was based on the second and third of the Pirates of the Caribbean films and in it you get to play as Captain Jack.
Excerpt: This game is some swashbuckling, sword fighting, booty grabbing fun! The graphics on this game are pretty cool. They made the notorious Jack Sparrow the best character (as well as funniest), he will even occasionally stumble around like he's had one too many. The storyline is good but they did not follow the movie very well. You start in a jail in the game as opposed to in between worlds like the movie.
Excerpt: Poor, poor, poor. I would not recommend buying this game at all. Its mashes up all three films so gets confusing as to which scene is which in certain missions. The graphics are incredibly weak, its like its a few years old in terms of visuals. The camera angles are awkward and clunky and you cant always see what you are emant to be doing, because you cant see. The game is a bit like a platfrom game and you have to cplete different levels to get trhough.
