Summary: no, don't criticize me as I played the gc instead of Wii, but this game in my opinion is the best in the franchise. although yellows are under powered unlike 2 or 3, it is still the best game along with the best final boss ( as the 2nd and 3rd games final bosses are to hard for me) it is always a great game and as the best launch title for the gc.
Summary: Pikmin came out for the Nintendo Gamecube in 2001. For the Gamecube, it had superb graphics! Recreating this title on the Wii was a wise move by Nintendo. This gives you a better feeling of playing the game by letting you move and aim more freely with the Wii remote and nunchuck. This game was probably one of the best games I have ever played! It is great for those who love strategy games. I can't stop playing it, and I know you will not be able to put it down either!
Summary: He cannot wait for the next one to come up. I had to learn how to play with him and remember all the colors of pikmin's specialties... powerful stuff. It is a strategic game. good for brain exercise!
Summary: Quirky and fun little game back on the GameCube; here on Wii with better controls (especially the pointer) it is even more enjoyable. I've played the heck out of it over the years and still will pick it up again on occasion. Have not actually fully completed this particular version but I don't think much else changed besides the controls.
Summary: This was actually a gift for someone, so I never got to try this version (He never opened the game...). However, I played it on the original system it was released on, and I loved it! Not much else I can say about this, though...
Summary: Pikmin is about an alien named Olimar who's space ship crashes on his way home. With his ships pieces scattered across a strange planet, it's up to Olimar to find all of the pieces of his ship so he can return home. To do this, Olimar befriends a race of beings called Pikmin. Pikmin are these strange sprout like creatures that Olimar can pluck from the ground just like pulling carrots. Blue ones can swim. Red ones are immune to fire. And yellow ones can be thrown far.
