Summary: I'm still currently in progress in this game in the tower #3. It looks kind of repetitive, and has some puzzles to face the boss in each tower, lots of loots & upgrading weapons. The only keeps me interesting is that there are LOVELY & GORGEOUS cutscenes after defeating the boss in each tower & deliver it to Elena. It tells the story of behind the cause of the Elena's curse. For Wii, this is as good as other RPG games. For all Wii owners, this is a-must-have !
Summary: Addictive. The sense of urgency it creates as you explore the towers keeps your attention to the bottom left corner of the screen, and the puzzles are very well designed. Occasionally the controls feel a little bit unresponsive, but the experience is awesome.
Summary: It was very good that this game was brought to america. Its an fun game, with not so good graphics but a great story. The different towers give different challenges, sometimes gets a bit repetitive though. If you like RPG's and adventure games this game will give you both.
Summary: I greatly enjoyed this action-adventure. The use of the chain to move around creates spaces that are almost non-Euclidean. Each dungeon is different and the puzzles are clever. The boss design is a particular strength: most of the bosses were unlike anything I'd seen in a previous game. The game has gotten some criticism for "recycling" towers, since Towers 6-10 have the same general floor plans as Towers 1-5.
Summary: Ascend! Pandora’s Tower should have released in North America sooner. It came out in Japan in 2011. Europe and Australia got it last year. It’s the type of game that could have carried the Wii during those dull months Nintendo allowed the console to suffer from. Instead Nintendo of America chose to ignore fans for two years before allowing Xseed to localize the game in the Wii’s twilight days. It’s a shame because Pandora’s Tower is really solid.
Summary: I love this game, but it had one problem. The North American version of this game has a freezing glitch when trying to enter towers 11 and 12 of this game (by the way, there is a work-around to this glitch). Neither Nintendo nor the software company for this game have done anything to fix this game glitch, which the reason I don't give all 5 stars. I was able to finish this game, and for an SD video game, this game looks amazingly great.
Summary: If you are looking for an in depth save the girl situation then look no farther then Pandora's Tower. This is not a title to pass by, in fact it is much more then just another wii game. If you enjoy the feeling of Castlevania, Zelda, or any other puzzule platformer, then you need to experience this game.
Summary: I do actually think is a beautiful love story, however, there is a glitch that occurs when you try to access the Dawn and Dusk Towers, where the gme freezes. Xseed should hire a better debug team, for a game as beautiful as this deserves the utmost care when making it.
