Control issues banged together with tough level designs doesn't go well, which is a shame because the game is presented beautifully.

Summary: I've been a fan of Super Mario games since the 1990's and until I played this game I had loved every Mario platformer I've played with the exception of Super Mario Bros 2. The main problem I have with this game is it's controls are slow to respond which feels unlike a Mario game because every other...
The star rating is more for the seller then the game

Summary: Put me in the list of people who like the game but are a bit annoyed at the seller. Like a few of the other customers, I didnt realize this was a refurbished game so I'm feeling a bit ripped off by that.
Summary: Nintendo markets this game as a "family game" which is deceiving in my opinion. It's a fantastic game. Beautiful, creative, and very challenging. But it's far too challenging to be considered "fun for the whole family", unless your whole family are expert gamers.
Summary: This game is highly overrated. Its not only been done many times in the mario series, but really when you look at it, the only truly new thing is the fact that you can play with 4 ppl. It was a selling point for me. Big mistake. Once beaten, the game offers no real incentive to keep playing.
Summary: Ok, I'm a big fan from the Mario Bros. series and was expecting this game since its announcement. It was fun to play it but then realize that it was the same game with new graphics... then the fun went out...
Summary: A really good game and the pack was an excellent value. Only issue is, this game is a major throwback to earlier mario games, which, pro: is alot of fun with some new twists, con: is kinda sad the graphics weren't tweaked anyway, just to bring it up to the next generation, still, Mario Galaxy does a...
Summary: I grew up on Mario games (like most of the other people reviewing the title). So like the others...there is a certain standard that I am used to. This new game has potential but feels rushed. It's a huge modern update of the Mario series...but more of a throwback to the NES days.
Summary: I wanted to agree with all the positive reviews that this game has been getting. The first day I powered it up and I began playing with my 5, (almost 6) year old daughter, I realized that Nintendo had nailed it with the co-op thing. But after a week of playing it... I have to say I am unhappy.
