Summary: well I don't know about you but I was not really impressed with this game at all. it looks like they took stuff from mario world, maro 1,2 and 3 changed things around made it harder and added a extra world that's a pain to get in to and play. I rented this game to see if it was worth getting and I can say this much......ill pass.
Pros: graphics are really good sound track and sound effects are good NEW video mode lets you see how to beat a level and save your progress after
Cons: controls are not responsive all the time or the game makes you do things you didn't hit the button for. the game is way to difficult! game has nothing really new in it besides the controls that are really bad.
Summary: This would probably be a fun game if not for the impedance of friends in a multiplayer setting
Pros: Mario game New powerups and levels colorful detailed graphics
Cons: Co-op with a player who isn't as good as you can get extremely frustrating. Players can interfere with progress unwittingly by standing in front of you, or pushing behind you. They can push you off a ledge to your death when you have all the powerups or jump on your head at the wrong time and keep you from crossing a path or getting to the ledge you were trying for. If there was at least a way to pass thru eachother I would be willing to give this game a coop try.
Summary: When we purchased this item we thought we purchased a "New" item. Picture of item shows a new game, which is not accurate. This is a refurbished item. Reviewed the printed information by the seller again and it does say refurbished. Disappointed.
Summary: I'm A huge Mario fan and have been since I got my 8-Bit Nintendo back when I turned 10. I have played nearly every Mario game and love them all. But for this one the game seems to be off on its own in a motionless void... It’s hard for me to say it but this game really lacks that Classic Marioness to it. Each world was too short and lacked substance.
Pros: -Mario! -4 players... At once!!! -Classic sidescooler feel, Modern look -New Power Ups -Wiimote sounds as power ups are picked up!
Cons: -Gets old fast -Replaced lack of buttons with Wiimote Gestures -No in game options -Even with the Wii console Wiimote sensitivity settings turned all the way down you'll do things you didn't want to do (jump, Pick things up, move a ramp). -Not able to use any other Controller to play the game. -Mario says like 4 things and those things are poorly done. would have love the N64 Voice overs.
Summary: Bought this for my grandchildren. They played with it the day we got it but not since. It was quite difficult for my grandson, who was 4 at the time, to get very far at the first level which meant that he gave up quite quickly. This was a very disappointing buy especially as they had enjoyed other Mario games. Would not recommend it.
Summary: So I was really happy to find this at such a decent price and ordered it. Came pretty quickly, however I was very disappointed as the Game disk was obviously damaged. I thought to myself 'okay, you know its not the end of the world, it wasn't expensive and it probably still works'. Put it into the Wii to try it, 'Unable to read disk'. So not only was the disk damaged, it didn't even work!!
I would not recommend this because it is just too difficult

Excerpt: I really love Super Mario games so thought this would be a good choice when I bought it last Christmas but I just found it to be too difficult for me. The things I like about it though are that it is like the old super mario and is lots of fun and if you have played super mario before you will recognise it. The controls are very simple to use and the graphics are quite good on this game compared to some other wii games.
