Summary: Our boys (ages 5 & 9) got this game 2 years ago because they are Nerf fanatics and they played the heck out of it. The fact that they can both play at the same time and still shoot targets (individually or as a team) is great. It's even fun for the adults to play with them. The first disk ended up being played so much that, after about a year and a half, it started skipping and freezing. Eventually, the disk wouldn't even play so they asked for a new one.
Summary: Both games are pretty fun. 5 stars. I like how they add the red thing on the gun to show secret things. There the only one I know to do this to a game. ups As a nerf gun 5 stars! If you mod it by drilling out the plastic that sticks out of the shooting hole & cover the air hole with a dab of glue & put a dash of loob on the inside toob thing = WOW AMAZING!!fires hard & far & some how makes it feel like its reel!
Summary: My two boys (7 and 5) are nerf gun lovers - but they got bored of this game within a few hours of play time. There are lots of different ways to play, but they're all just variations (some quite creative) on target practice. My boys were looking for something where they could move the characters around a 'world' - this is not that game.
Summary: Buy this game if you want a replacement wii case! The Nintendo website may have cheaper options like a demo disc for 2 bucks not sure. Buy it used if you go with this option. Mercy meltdown or Hannah Montana are also good options for a replacement wii case.
Summary: This was a Christmas present for our 10 year old son. My husband and my son played it for hours. Great non-violent shooting game for kids. It is action packed and challenging enough for kids of all ages.
Summary: I love this game. I bought both this one and N-strike elite. Since the other game requires guns with a little red thing you look through I bought those guns rather than buying the guns for each, they work just fine with this one and have the added piece for the other game. Lots of nice targeting and shooting.
Summary: Wow, the price has sky-rocketed since I bought this. I'm a Nerf-nut, but have no idea why the price is what it is. I bought it solely for the blaster. I wanted something more ergonomic to use with Ghost Squad & Umbrella Chronicles. It serves its purpose well. My one complaint is that the grip is sized for a child. I can still get my big mitts around it, but I had hoped it would be sized more like the Nerf Maverick which has a very comfortably sized and sculpted grip.
Summary: I had bought this game during Christmas 2009 as a gift. I am really impressed with the graphics and the overall nature of the game. I had completed all the 4 levels of this game. I initially did it without the Wii accessory (Wii Gun) for the wireless remote. The Game also provides freeplay as any of the characters. The only thing I really wanted in this game was multiple levels and different types of Nerf Blasters.
Summary: My son is 9 and loves both the Wii and Nerf toys, so, of course, this was a perfect game to get him. At first I was a bit worried about how violent the game was. While I don't over-protect my son from video games, there are certain ones that are a bit too violent for his age, so I worried that this would encourage him to shoot people. But the game is great for younger boys because you're not shooting people, you're shooting machines.
