Summary: It's not as good as I thought.. It's very much silly.. though you can not expect anything more from wii.. it suppose to be for kids.. but kids also laughed after playing once.. If you are looking for the kids of more than 7years.., definitely its not game to go for...
Summary: I had a need to speed this product back to its sender because it was NOTHING like the advertisements showed. All the advertisements were of the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game, the cool versions. This version is completely different from those. It has no online play (which is one of the main reasons i bought it) and the helicopter police chase/ spike strip/ EMP features are no where to be found. I returned this the same day it came in the mail, Christmas Day.
Summary: I normally buy used games and i love need for speed games but i watch the trailer of it online and it looked so cool. I bought it new for new and when i played it i relized the trailer for the game was from the xbox 360 and ps3. The graphics sucked and it hade massive glitchs such as the road turning black in the middle of a race.
Summary: The reason that I gave this game such a poor rating is because the Wii version is not as advertised from EA. I read the description of the game that EA puts out and it sounded great. Well, apparently it is a great game if you buy it for the PS3 or XBOX 360. What I found out is that the Wii version is not the same as the others, it's not even made by EA! That's disappointing but not a big deal as long as EA discloses it, which they do not.
Summary: I used to have Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 for PS2. After I sold my PS2, I got a Wii for my birthday and got this game (NFS:HP3) as a gift. I must say I am extremely disappointed in this game. My favorite mode, the "Be A Cop" mode is so boring now. In previous games, you could call for back up, call for a roadblock, or call for a helicopter. In this game, you are alone among several racers.
Summary: When I had ordered this game, i was actually expecting the version of the game that was made for the Xbox 360. So after waiting several days for the game to arrive, I was much dissapointed when this game, supposedly the same except for the wii, was a bad-graphics, mario-kart style racing game where you go (fast), collect items and use them against oponents, do not have to worry about cops or wrecking your car, and you are actually racing in a completely different setting...
Summary: i can't help but compare Hot Pursuit to Most Wanted on PS2. for being a newer game, this should be better than the previous. you can't change the performance on any of the vehicles. in the past Need for Speed's, you could change everything from engine and tranmission to tire pressure and stability. you can't even increase your boost on this one. there's really no skill needed to complete it.
