Summary: I have to say that although the graphics on Madden 10 & 11 are much superior to this game, I actually enjoy playing this game a lot more than the other two. It's easier to navigate the play calling, but still gives you a lot of options. I also like that there aren't specific names to players, so basically the game somewhat transcends through different years. I also like it because it's easier for my son (who is 6) and I to play against each other... more bonding time.
Summary: The game is a lot of fun. It is very realistic with real hits and plays. The gameplay is also fast and you don't have to wait long for it to load into the system. The game also allows you to play as the team mascots and a full season with your team. There are a few problems though. The players don't have names. Also, the graphics could be better. However, it you like to have fun playing NCAA football with a fun mascot twist, then this game is for you.
Summary: I understand where many of the negative comments are coming from. The graphics aren't fantastic and the game play isn't very complicated. But as a college football fan who is more or less inexperienced at gaming and really just getting into it because of the unique nature of the Wii, I really enjoyed this. I likely would not have used much more complex controls (I have Madden 09 and probably don't get nearly the functionality out of it that I should).
Summary: I read the negative reviews for this game and still bought it. I LOVE it! Now, I'm not a video gamer...this one of a "very few" I've played... I love sports, but I like something easy to play and don't care about too much realism or rules. I like a game you ccan play right out of the package. This one fits the bill. Fanatics beware....It's probably not as detailed as Madden or other formats...so what, I like it!
Summary: This is definitely not EA Sports' best game. The first game I started, I saw the cartoon referee and thought, "Oh, no. This is gonna be a cartoon game." I thought it wouldn't be like a REAL EA Sports game, and in some ways it isn't. The one rule I have about Wii games is NEVER EXPECT ANYTHING. If you expect that this will be exactly like previous NCAA Football games, then you'll hate it. If you expect it to be just a football game, then you will not be disappointed.
