Summary: This game really was a big let down for me, and it took me several hours of frustrating gameplay to nail down what bothered me so much about it. I'm a long standing fan of the NBA Live series, but thought I would give 2k 11 a chance.
Summary: It's a fun game. It doesn't work so well on the Wii. In particular, because they messed up memory settings, you can only save one game / My Player / etc. at a time. I've had a lot of fun with my one game, but it would be nice to be able to play other game modes without deleting everything else.
Summary: Boy'o boy. i was dying to get this game and the intro was great then i started an association, i was wow'd by all the bells and whistles sound track is nice everything about this game is very nice, except the part where you PLAY!
Summary: I'm really disappointed in this game so far. First, the graphics are horrendous. I know it's the Wii but I didn't expect it to be quite so bad. I had NBA Live 99 on my PC and the graphics were similar, and that was over 10 years ago.
Summary: Such a disappointment. They tried to make this game too realistic. Controls are awkward. Lacks the simple finesse of the 2k8-10. I couldn't care less about playing as Michael Jordan or the 96 bulls. Players do some awful mix of what you tell them to do and what the game wants them to do.
Summary: 2K11 is probably the one of the most over rated games ever. I have know idea what the PROFESSIONAL game critics are basing their scores off of maybe it's the fact that 2K introduced MJ, or the old teams I'm still trying to figure that out.
Summary: I'm not sure what the reviewers are playing but the copy of NBA 2k11 I've played is filled with bugs and glitches. There's a horrible polygon glitch that cause polygons from players and the audience to stretch across the screen in a series of lines. This happens usually during a replay or freethrow.
