Decent multiplayer fighter for the Wii

Truth, Amazon
5 January 2012
  • Summary: The interest in playtime will vary from person to person. I personally bought it because at the time it was only $10, and I needed games for my wii. I didn't play it too much. I tried the story mode out. They use Dialogue with voice over instead of cutscene animation, but I don't find that problematic. I came to a wall in the story though when I had an objective where they told me to perform a move I didn't know what was.

  • Summary: I got this game for my boyfriend who is an avid Naruto fan. He enjoys the Japanese version of the series and wished this game were in the Japanese style. Also, we haven't been able to figure out how to play with 2 players on the Wii... it's been really daunting trying to figure out the 2 player mode! But besides those two quirks, my boyfriend is still enjoying the game.

Okay...but...

  • Summary: The controls are SUPER DIFFICULT. I thought i was the only one, but seeing some other reviews i see that other people think the same too. The mission mode is really boring. I love Naruto, and previous games have been really fun! But this game really really let me down. If your looking for a fun game try other Naruto games, but not this one.

Another Average Game

BlueRogue, Play.com
15 February 2009
  • Conclusion: Shonen Jump seems to have a habit of making average games and Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution continues that annoying trend. First problem is that the Wii controls are a waste of time to use and are better left with the control pad. Not much has really changed from previous Clash Of Ninja titles which leaves this game as average as it's Gamecube versions. Like Bleach: Shattered Blade this is a fans only game.

you might like it if you are a big naruto fan and love fighting games

  • Excerpt: I recently got this game for the Wii and am slightly disapointed, I am a huge Naruto fan and this game was a little dry to say the least. OK OK, so it IS worth playing if you love Naruto just because it has the charactors in it and it is entertaining for about 30 minutes but then it got a bit boring, once you had had a go with each charactor the game became very repetitive.

fans of the show will like it but it gets boring once youve unlocked everything

  • Excerpt: Believe it or not i actually thoroughly enjoyed this game for a while. It might help that i'm a huge Naruto fan so i get who everyone is and everything but still. I was really sceptical of playing it since it was my first fighting game on the wii and i wondered if it would work. To my surprise it did. I found it surprisingly fun stringing together all the right combos and unleashing everyone signature moves.
