Excerpt: Naruto Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 is a fighting game on the amazing popular Nintendo Wii video game console. The WMG has become the Naruto expert here at Family Friendly Gaming after playing so many Naruto themed games, and watching the television show a few times.
Summary: All in all,
Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2
is a slight upgrade from the fighters before it. It does bring some authentic and impressive Naruto fun for the fans, but it is in dire need of a series update as well as a system change, as the Wii is just not cutting it.
Pros: 35 characters to choose from to brawl with., Fast, frenetic gameplay., Over 100 missions to complete., Uses the authentic voice actors from the series., Impressive battle royale gameplay.
Cons: Graphics are underwhelming., Controlling via the Wii Remote and Nunchuk is a nightmare., Very little improvement over the past few Naruto titles., The missions are often copies of others you have completed.
Excerpt: Over a dozen Naruto games have hit shores outside of Japan, including three previous Clash of Ninja entries. To distinguish itself from such a crowded field, Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 would obviously benefit from trying anything a little different.
Summary: Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 has a telling title. For instance, nearly every part is a piece of the series' history. It began as Naruto: Clash of Ninja on the GameCube. When it moved to the Wii, it gained the "Revolution." And now, the sequel is Clash of Ninja Revolution 2.
Pros: Combat is simple yet deep, The story mode is surprisingly involved, There's a ton of stuff to unlock
Cons: There's no online play, The cutscenes look terrible, Mission modes become tedious
