Summary: The game technically only had 3 types of puzzles to do, but you did have to repeat them at increasing levels of difficulty as you progressed through the game. Otherwise the agent part of "solve the mystery" was a joke. The game walks you through it, telling you exactly who to talk to or where to investigate. Not much in the way of thinking for yourself here.
Summary: Bought this game for my 11 year old son for Christmas. He was hyped up from TV ads on this product. He was very happy to get it for Christmas and played it right away. Then he discovered it was rather dull - little fast action - repeating the same "hunt down who did what" as the "Spy" character questions other characters on "who done it?" It was too easy to figure the clues and to solve the mystery. He got bored with this game fast.
Summary: I was really looking forward to this game to sadly be screaming through it, as others have stated. The sad part is that my iPhone games have more levels and do not run $50. This could have been a great game. My advice - rent it, you'll have it completed in under 15hrs.
Summary: I got this game for my kids for Christmas and they loved playing it . . . while it lasted. The amount of time it takes to defeat this game is very, very short. Even my non reader has blown through the game, he is on his second time through. He went through the game the first time in about 25 hours. The game play itself is cute and fun. It is enjoyable to play but you would be better off renting the game from a video store rather than purchasing it.
Summary: 15 hours. I know that I can blow through puzzle solvers very quickly, but ... /sigh. You run around talking to people for the most part. There are actual puzzles to solve, but once you get the hang of the drag and drop system they're pretty easy. There are also "Dispatch Missions." *You are not directly involved in the Dispatch Missions.* You assign NPCs to solve the mission for you.
Excerpt: My Sims Agents is a part of the my sims collection of games. The game was released in 2009 and I rated 3 years and over. In my opinion this game may be to hard for a 3 year old I could only imagine them asking for help every two minutes and their parent or sibling end up playing the game for them. I would say this game is for 6 or 7 year olds and older.
Pros: You work your way up as a Detective . expand your problem solving skills .
Conclusion: MySims Agents is the shortest game I have ever played. I completed it in 3 days. It has some good features and great story but you only have 15 missions. It has a bad ending so please don't buy this game.
Summary: The game it self is OK but it's only a one player game so you can't interact with other people while your playing. It's a good game but boring as well because you can't play with other people.
Summary: I bought this game for my 6 year old, as the age rating was 3yrs+....But i'd say it should be 7yrs +, there is so much reading involved in it So, for that reason only I am not awarding full points
