Summary: My daughter is the main player at 12 yo. She would like more options for clothing -boot and clothes, tack, and horse breed/color. Figuring out how to saddle the horse is a little strange, easier interactive would be nice. she really likes the games and competitions, and the pastures to run in. Lessons are fun, but more of them and a larger pasture would be nice. She likes the grooming and taking care of the horse, again more options like lifelike would be nice.
Summary: Overall this is a short but fun game. The horse animation is beautiful, there's a lot of detail in the horses' structure and motion. The people not so much - very basic and cartoonish. There is a hint of a storyline in saving your uncle's ranch, but the player feels like a bystander - you do nothing to participate in helping, other than win competitions. If it's good active storylines you're after in a horse game, stick with the PC Pippa Funnell/Horsez games.
Summary: I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She is almost 10 and takes riding lessons. She loves the game and plays it a lot with an older sister. It's perfect for winter and until riding lesson starts back up when the weather warms up. The graphics are very good and she figured the game out easily. I would recommend this game.
Summary: I feel as though it's better suited to younger ages of horse lovers, with collecting stars while you ride, etc, pink saddles, and other younger appealing things. It's a good game, but definately could have used some more realistic features, and more to it, as well as being a bit harder than it was. I believe I beat it the second day I had it, only playing for about 3 hours total.
Summary: This game is fantastic, my daughter loves it and plays it all the time. Worth every penny. Very realistic, the showjumping and the crosscountry are very very good and the dressage tests are a lot of fun, great game, great price, LOVE IT!!
