Summary: I bought this game almost one year ago. I have been using it 3 times a week. 2 days a week I walk on a treadmill. I also use myfitnesspal.com to keep track of my food intake. This game has definitely helped me to lose weight and get in shape. It is the best Wii fitness game and I have tried several. The fitness coach cheers you on which is a nice touch. The game will ask you what equipment you own and will tailor your workout to suit you.
Perfect workout program for the cheap, lazy, maternally-inclined, and/or self-conscious

Summary: This fitness game was originally available on the Xbox and PC as "Yourself Fitness." I have been using it on and off since 2005, with a long break when someone "borrowed" it and I never saw it again. I ordered it for the wii in late March, and have been using it somewhat consistently since then. I have lost 11 pounds and a few inches in 22 weeks, working out once to four times a week.
Summary: I adore this Wii product. It allows you to workout in the privacy of your home at a time that is convenient for you. It tailors the workout to your body dimensions and your physical and cardiovascular abilities and even lets you ramp workouts up or down if you are not happy with a particular workout in progress. It gradually increases the difficulty and exertion levels of your workouts and keeps track of your progress.
Summary: THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE WII FITNESS COACH Alright... I hate exercise. The motivation to do it is beyond me, but I appreciate that one must exercise to stay healthy. While I am active in daily life I don't do `traditional workouts'. I'll hike and go to the beach, but put me on a treadmill and I'm off in a minute. That said...I LOVE THIS.
Summary: I decided to by My Personal Trainer, because I had Wii Fit, and I heard it was better. Not only is it better in that there are only useful rests occasionally, but it's a total body workout that really will put you in shape, not pretend to like Wii Fit. I love that it relies on my measurements instead of focusing on my weight and BMI also.
Summary: I wanted to start working out with a personal trainer, but didn't want to go to the gym to do it.I like it so far.I like how you can set it up for you as an individual, because we are not all the same size and shape.
Summary: And buy this DVD. I have always preferred working out at home since I find it more convenient and private. However, I would grow bored with the fitness DVDs that I had and would go off track. Enter The Fitness Coach. Each and every time I used this DVD, the exercises were different and challenging. The instuction to each exercise is precise.
Summary: I have finally found an exercise dvd that works to my expectations. I have joined a gym and wasn't motivated to go. I purchased the Wii Fit and wasn't pleased that it didn't offer more cardio. I read an article in a magazine and this product was highly recommended for giving an excellent workout. I have also read the reviews before deciding to purchase, and the reviews made a world of a difference. My main focus is weight loss and cardio.
Good stuff! Best all around workout I've seen for the wii yet!

Summary: I've been using My Fitness Coach for two weeks now, and I had to post a review - I love what it's doing for me & how motivating it is. This will be a long review - stay with me here! My Fitness Coach starts out with "Maya" (your coach) taking you through a physical measurement type challenge where you input measurements for your biceps, chest, waist, hips & thighs, and then she has you do some jumping jacks, push ups & stomach crunches.
