Really good if it's what you are looking for

Rose Bennett, Amazon
18 April 2011
  • Summary: I've read where some are angry this game doesn't include the balance board and are upset it seems more like a fitness DVD than a game. This game really is more like a very interactive fitness DVD than a game, but in a good way, in my opinion. If you hate fitness DVDs, you will not like this game, but if you enjoy them and enjoy having a variety of them, you'll like this. The pros: No stopping and starting for new activities like with Wii Fit, DDR or Active Life.

Get up off the couch and get fit!

PT Cruiser, Amazon
18 April 2011
  • Summary: These are my first impressions of My Fitness Coach and I will probably be adding some comments as the days go on. This game provides a way for you to set up your own workout and weight loss routine. It starts with a fitness test and you have options for choosing the length of time you want to exercise, how many days per week and what you want to accomplish. You can use it for weight loss, core strength or flexibility.

Good Port of Yourself!Fitness

veiloff, Ebay
14 February 2011
  • Summary: This game is a port of the 2004 XBOX game Yourself!Fitness. It was released the next year on PC and PS2. The difference being that this Wii version, now named "My Fitness Coach," doesn't include the food menu/nutrition section. I loved the game back in the day, and never used the nutrition portion anyways.

Perfect - almost

Steve, Amazon
19 November 2010
  • Summary: This is the workout product I've been looking for! Something that will get my heart pumping, sweat pouring, and muscles working without boring me to tears in the process. Please note that this is not a "game" that tries to make exercise fun and entertaining. If you want that, stick with Wii Fit or a host of other products out there.

First impressions of first use

Scott Moll, Amazon
13 November 2010
  • Summary: I've completed my profile (enter weight / height / age details; and take body measurements and do a basic fitness test) and also completed one exercise round (30 min). My first impressions: --For about the $17 I paid for it, I can tell this is going to be a STEAL. --I'm impressed by the varied exercises you do in a round.

User Review

AmbitiousDawn, Walmart
2 July 2010
  • Summary: This is the first Wii fitness game I've ever purchased. I really like the workouts, the trainers, the locations, and how it keeps track of my progress. I found the nutrition section to be totally bizarre. You choose the catagories of food you like and it gives two choices for each meal throughout the day. The choices it gave me were odd, strange foods I've never heard of before.

Best of Three Fitness Disks

Richard Jackson, Amazon
14 December 2009
  • Summary: I have Wii Fit, Active and My Fitness Coach. Despite it's relative lack of sophistication I use MFC most often because it gives me the toughest workout for upper body conditioning. This is because you can use hand weights, which are not a feature of the other programs because they require the holding of a Wiimote. It will also let you work out on a stepping thing for cardio.

Wii My fitness coach

Overstock
9 December 2009
  • Summary: A little hard to get going but it is fine. Works with your body type. Does give a good work out and I do feel like I have done something when I am done. I like the fact that I can say how long I want to work out that day.

One of my favorite fitness titles for the Wii

M.D. Edwards "Avid Aesthete", Amazon
19 November 2009
  • Summary: Out of all of the fitness game titles that have been published for the Wii, this really is one of my favorite games, and the price just can't be beat. This game is very simple to set up, gives you the opportunity to work up a real sweat (IF you choose to take it), and offers a decent fitness test feature.
