After one year, 35 lbs gone.

Christy Peddicord, Amazon
17 December 2012
  • Summary: I bought this game almost one year ago. I have been using it 3 times a week. 2 days a week I walk on a treadmill. I also use myfitnesspal.com to keep track of my food intake. This game has definitely helped me to lose weight and get in shape. It is the best Wii fitness game and I have tried several.

Perfect workout program for the cheap, lazy, maternally-inclined, and/or self-conscious

Megan Mann, Amazon
23 August 2011
  • Summary: This fitness game was originally available on the Xbox and PC as "Yourself Fitness." I have been using it on and off since 2005, with a long break when someone "borrowed" it and I never saw it again. I ordered it for the wii in late March, and have been using it somewhat consistently since then.

  • Summary: The basic foundation for this fitness game is o.k., but it is pretty hoky that the "trainers" don't actually do any talking - they are more like moving pictures than an actual trainer.

A good mid-range exercise game

Rick Ven "Classic TV addict", Amazon
26 April 2011
  • Summary: Having been through the Wii Fit, then onto to EA's More Workouts, "My Fitness Coach" has provided the most comprehensive aerobic workout experience of the three. Unlike the previous two, My Fitness Coach does offer a continuous exercise session as if you were in an aerobics class.

Really good if it's what you are looking for

Rose Bennett, Amazon
18 April 2011
  • Summary: I've read where some are angry this game doesn't include the balance board and are upset it seems more like a fitness DVD than a game. This game really is more like a very interactive fitness DVD than a game, but in a good way, in my opinion.

Just what I was looking for!

Alison, Amazon
18 April 2011
  • Summary: Bought my copy today at another store (sorry amazon, couldn't wait for you). Maya, the trainer gives you a fitness test including jumping jacks, push-ups, lunges, and crunches, and then recommends a custom program for you.

Great Program!

JuJu, Amazon
18 April 2011
  • Summary: I've been using My Fitness Coach for a few days. Besides this one, I also own Wii Fit and other 'get-you-off-the-coach' Wii games. Wii Fit turned less and less challenging as my body got used to the exercises, so I was looking around for another workout 'game'. Then here came My Fitness Coach.

No reason to wait

R. Warren, Amazon
18 April 2011
  • Summary: For those of you who are gun shy after getting burned by the Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum, there is no reason to wait. JMFU was garbage. This is the real thing. It does not use a balance board.

not for beginners

Andrea, Amazon
18 April 2011
  • Summary: I just did my first cardio and here are my first impressions. Right now, my plans are to use this for yoga and cardio as I prefer to do my own toning workouts. I don't want to scare anyone away from this game, but if you are very out of shape or haven't worked out for awhile.
