Summary: This is the workout product I've been looking for! Something that will get my heart pumping, sweat pouring, and muscles working without boring me to tears in the process. Please note that this is not a "game" that tries to make exercise fun and entertaining.
Summary: I just purchased this game yesterday with my Wii Fit. I have gone through my initial setup phase and 1st workout. First, I want to clarify that this game doesn't use the Wii Fit board. Second, this is not at all like the My Weight Loss Coach for the DS. This game is just for fitness.
Summary: I would recommend this fitness game to anyone who is bored with the gym or who is looking to save some money by cutting out the gym membership. I bought My Fitness Coach because I have not been motivated to go to the gym lately, and our membership is just wasted money.
Summary: I usually don't write reviews on here but I felt the urge to write on how wonderful this "game" is!! I have owned this game for about three months now and have been using it almost everyday and it is kicking my butt! I usually do about 45 minutes a day.
Summary: I was disappointed in this product. First off, if you are a beginner like me, many of the exercises may be too hard for you, and unlike a DVD, they offer no modifications. It's not low-impact, and starts right off with jumping jacks.

Summary: 'My Fitness Coach' provides an excellent workout! I have Wii Fit and love that as well, but when I want a good cardio session indoors, this program really fits the bill. Very simple to use, after going through the fitness test and deciding which type of exercise you want to focus on (cardio, upper...

Summary: This fitness game was originally available on the Xbox and PC as "Yourself Fitness." I have been using it on and off since 2005, with a long break when someone "borrowed" it and I never saw it again. I ordered it for the wii in late March, and have been using it somewhat consistently since then.
Summary: I've worked out for 30 minutes three days in a row so far and I'm feeling it in my legs and upper back/shoulders. This game has a continuous workout unlike the Wii Fit where you do one thing, then have to go to the menu to choose another.
