Summary: I love My Fitness Coach! I first heard about it on one of the fitness sites I belong to. I am 60 years old and try to get in a cardio workout at least 4 times a week. I definitely get a workout when using this. I really like that it 'adjusts' the exercises according to how you are doing that particular day. Several times during the workout you are asked how you are doing. You're given 3 choices to click on - No Sweat, Working Hard, or Can't Keep Up.
Summary: Having the Wii Fitness Coach is like having a personal trainer at my convenience in my living room. I don't have to leave to house, sign on at an expensive gym or worry about my favorite class filling up. I can let the coach know when I am struggling or when the session is too easy and then it adjusts according to my ability. The weekly fitness test even tracks my progress for me. I couldn't have asked for a better way to start my day!
Summary: I bought this game almost one year ago. I have been using it 3 times a week. 2 days a week I walk on a treadmill. I also use myfitnesspal.com to keep track of my food intake. This game has definitely helped me to lose weight and get in shape. It is the best Wii fitness game and I have tried several. The fitness coach cheers you on which is a nice touch. The game will ask you what equipment you own and will tailor your workout to suit you.
Summary: I highly recommend this video to anyone who likes working out in the privacy of their own home and to those who want to restart getting back into shape. I like the options of chosing the duration of daily workouts and getting the opportunity to say whether a segment was too difficult or too easy. From there the 'coach' adjusts the workout according to how I felt I did after a segment. The video is well worth the price.

Summary: Maya ,the fitness coach I love to hate. Thankfully she is a computer program and not real because she would probably not like all the complaining I do or when I tell her I hate her . I'm an out of shape mom of two, don't like group exercising and don't want to be in the gym until I lose a few pounds. Maya puts me through a good workout every time. I feel sore ,but the good kind ,the next day.
Summary: Pros: exercises can be adjusted for difficulty based on your fitness level each workout randomizes the exercises so you don't get bored doing the same thing all the time Con: music is less than inspirational.....
Summary: This is way better than regular exercise DVDs. It gives you a good workout and keeps track of your progress and remembers when you worked out. I like that it's sort of interactive and she will ask you how you are doing and the game adjusts level of difficulty depending on your answer. It doesn't depend on motion sensor which I think is good.
Summary: I originally bought this for the playstation 2, many years ago, and I have done over 150 workouts with that version of the program (it is called Yourself Fitness on PS2). Recently my wife got a Nintendo WII console so she could do wii fit. Looking around at the fitness programs available for the Wii, to my pleasant surprise I saw my old favorite.
Summary: I didn't expect much when I first purchased My Fitness Coach but I am now a month into it and I LOVE it. The exercises are challenging and varied so I haven't been bored. These are also the same type of workouts I had been paying a lot of money for. With the kids home for the summer, working out from home was a solution to them being dragged to the gym. I am going to stick with My Fitness Coach come September because the results are awesome.
