Summary: This game is a port of the 2004 XBOX game Yourself!Fitness. It was released the next year on PC and PS2. The difference being that this Wii version, now named "My Fitness Coach," doesn't include the food menu/nutrition section. I loved the game back in the day, and never used the nutrition portion anyways.
Pros: No controllers needed Program adapts intensity of workout to your progress Keeps track of body statistics like weight, measurements etc. Good tutorials for exercise beginners - Good form protects you from injury. Can use weights, etc if wanted.
Cons: Not able to download more music, exercises and locations. Not able to adjust program for individual handicaps like knee injuries. Not able to integrate Wii Fit statistics.
Summary: I adore this Wii product. It allows you to workout in the privacy of your home at a time that is convenient for you. It tailors the workout to your body dimensions and your physical and cardiovascular abilities and even lets you ramp workouts up or down if you are not happy with a particular workout in progress. It gradually increases the difficulty and exertion levels of your workouts and keeps track of your progress.

Pros: I love the face that it meshed together really well with my fitness program and also made me feel better about myself.
Cons: It did not run on my 64-bit Linux Parition I Hardley a con, but my friend emailed me a great fitness plan that doesn't work as well as the fitness program above i mentioned.
