After one year, 35 lbs gone.

Christy Peddicord, Amazon
17 December 2012
  • Summary: I bought this game almost one year ago. I have been using it 3 times a week. 2 days a week I walk on a treadmill. I also use myfitnesspal.com to keep track of my food intake. This game has definitely helped me to lose weight and get in shape. It is the best Wii fitness game and I have tried several. The fitness coach cheers you on which is a nice touch. The game will ask you what equipment you own and will tailor your workout to suit you.

Perfect workout program for the cheap, lazy, maternally-inclined, and/or self-conscious

Megan Mann, Amazon
23 August 2011
  • Summary: This fitness game was originally available on the Xbox and PC as "Yourself Fitness." I have been using it on and off since 2005, with a long break when someone "borrowed" it and I never saw it again. I ordered it for the wii in late March, and have been using it somewhat consistently since then. I have lost 11 pounds and a few inches in 22 weeks, working out once to four times a week.

A good mid-range exercise game

Rick Ven "Classic TV addict", Amazon
26 April 2011
  • Summary: Having been through the Wii Fit, then onto to EA's More Workouts, "My Fitness Coach" has provided the most comprehensive aerobic workout experience of the three. Unlike the previous two, My Fitness Coach does offer a continuous exercise session as if you were in an aerobics class. You can use the program with any additional exercise equipment you own. And you can tell it to lower or raise the workout intensity.

Good Port of Yourself!Fitness

veiloff, Ebay
14 February 2011
  • Summary: This game is a port of the 2004 XBOX game Yourself!Fitness. It was released the next year on PC and PS2. The difference being that this Wii version, now named "My Fitness Coach," doesn't include the food menu/nutrition section. I loved the game back in the day, and never used the nutrition portion anyways.

Great for calisthenics training

angiefla , GameStop
9 December 2010
  • Summary: I am not a gamer, but purchased this for my balance board. You tell the game what your #1 and #2 health fitness goals are and it tailors the workouts to suit your need. They are short and lack cardio, but I still get a very good strength workout. I have recommended this to friends.

Perfect - almost

Steve, Amazon
19 November 2010
  • Summary: This is the workout product I've been looking for! Something that will get my heart pumping, sweat pouring, and muscles working without boring me to tears in the process. Please note that this is not a "game" that tries to make exercise fun and entertaining. If you want that, stick with Wii Fit or a host of other products out there.

First impressions of first use

Scott Moll, Amazon
13 November 2010
  • Summary: I've completed my profile (enter weight / height / age details; and take body measurements and do a basic fitness test) and also completed one exercise round (30 min). My first impressions: --For about the $17 I paid for it, I can tell this is going to be a STEAL. --I'm impressed by the varied exercises you do in a round.

My Fitness Coach (Wii) is an Excellent Workout!

buffbillsnc, Ebay
9 November 2010
  • Summary: I adore this Wii product. It allows you to workout in the privacy of your home at a time that is convenient for you. It tailors the workout to your body dimensions and your physical and cardiovascular abilities and even lets you ramp workouts up or down if you are not happy with a particular workout in progress. It gradually increases the difficulty and exertion levels of your workouts and keeps track of your progress.

Not like My fitness coach 1

fitness man , GameStop
31 January 2010
  • Summary: This rendition of My fitness coach was a disappointment in that it did not have anything to do with the first game. Maya who was the main attraction of the first game, didn't even exist in the second one. My fitness coach 2 was all video footage of actors and actresses performing each move. This may seem better but instead it felt contrived and sloppy. Each character seemed unenthused and silly.
