Summary: A great game to get fit with in the comfort of your own home. Instructions are easy to follow and I felt that I'd done a proper workout the first time I used it. There are levels from beginner to expert so your workout can be as easy or hard as you like.
Summary: I was very disappointed with my purchase, the disc I received wasn't the game I ordered. I did though get a full refund and was told to keep the disc, just a shame I've already got it!!! Was really looking forward to using this game.
Summary: The boxing and cardio in this is superb; I didn't think I was working hard, but boy, did I feel it in my shoulders the next day! I felt like I had done a round with Tyson. Great workout DVD, one of the best in this ' My fitness Coach series' I think.
Summary: This is the perfect game needed for boxing and all upper cardio exercise, used everyday, the routines are fantastic and as you progress the rountines changes and throw in something new and a little bit more challenging. No need for boxing gloves, just the wii remote and nunchucks.

Summary: As a former thai boxing instructor I gave this a go and was pleasantly surprised. You can make this as easy or difficult as you want in terms of workout tempo. Like a lot of exercise regimes you can make yourself believe you are having a workout when in fact all you are doing is going through the motions without any effort. The skipping is not the best but the different workouts and challenges are great.
Summary: Its good so far, only used it twice, easy to follow and I got hot and sweaty after 10 minutes - but you have to persevere and practice the punches and combinations, no way to hop past the basics.....for safety I guess and to make sure you practice and get the techniques right. Mainly boxing and jogging - I thought I was getting more aerobics type exercises as it says cardio workout!!
