Kids love it.

Larry the highway guy, Amazon
23 March 2013
  • Summary: My kids love it. Myself, well I was let down. I like to use the classic control and this game does not support it. Oh well, at least the kids have a blast.

Good times

L. M. Langford "Army Jeeper", Amazon
4 March 2011
  • Summary: Great game for young and old to get as close to living the destruction that is Moster Trucks as possible. Graphics and play are fun, realistic controls, however the missions within the game are still limited as was the last Moster Jam.

Monster Jam for WII

tlight, Amazon
16 January 2011
  • Summary: Received the game pretty quick. I bought it for my 5 yr old son and he loves it just as much as the other Monster Jam titles. This one is cool because they finally let you build your own trucks and do customizations. Two thumbs up for Monsyer Jam fans out there.

29 July 2010
  • Summary: This was a Christmas present for my girlfriend's grandsons. The 4-year old liked it, but the 11-year old didn't find it too interesting.

Concept is great a lot of frustrating flaws compromise fun

BB "Ohnobono", Amazon
14 February 2010
  • Summary: The concept of doing freestyle events and racing events with cockpit views inside of a monster truck is great! However, it's very difficult to unlock trucks. It's very difficult to steer. Button layout isn't great. Sometimes you hit he camera button instead of the boost. Winning races is difficult. If you are knocked by another car most of the time you spin out and are overtaken by the other cars. You end playing over and over.

Monster Jam

J. Phillips, Amazon
11 January 2009
  • Summary: I bought this for my 3 year old son. He has never played video games other than leapster but he is in love with anything Monster Jam. I also got a stearing wheel thinking that he could drive on his own. HE does ok, but even I have a hard time steering the darn truck. The trucks are very cool looking and the arenas are fun to smash up. My son loves when you smash something and truck parts start flying off.

Fairly decent and fun game but could be better

J. Lin "jodybohdy", Amazon
17 July 2008
  • Summary: I was happy to see that there was a Monster Jam branded monster truck game since my five year old son is such a huge monster truck fan (and I have to admit, I've gotten into them a bit through my son). Though this game is pretty fun, it does have some major faults, though it represents a pretty good value if you can get it for less than $20.

Fun game, but awful steering

Momofcinco "momof2boys", Amazon
3 July 2008
  • Summary: I am so annoyed! As much fun as this game has potential to be, I want to send it back because of how bad the steering is! I oversteer everything. And I don't care how a regular monster truck handles, this is not realistic. Everytime I am on the edge of a cliff or bridge (cut me a break..I am learning!) I get thrown off the side no matter how hard and sharp I am turning the wheel to stay on.. Yet when I don't want it to turn, I find myself doing donuts. Whats the deal????

Wii graphics just dont cut it

B. Fulcher "brianfulcher15", Amazon
9 May 2008
  • Summary: The gameplay overall is very fun, it just lacks quality on the graphics side. Which i guess is to be expectided from wii games sence they lack HD graphics capibilities. The driving is very hard to get used to as well. IT turns faster than you turn the wii-mote and sometimes it turns slower. It also felt like I had to have it completly verticle or it would lose signal to the wii.
