Lots of good ideas but headed in wrong direction.. Dark and different

Summary: I love Disney, with that I feel they could have done A LOT better then they did. The animation is good yes, There is puzzles and a lot to do, that is cool. But it is WAY too dark and creepy. There are spirit guardians and gremlins and the BLOT which has horns like the devil and just very dark. There is also a part where Goofy has been cut into pieces and you gotta find the body parts. Just too much I think.
Summary: Captain America is a perfectly enjoyable game that will get plenty of play in your household. Obviously you control the title character in his quest to beat the tar out of NAZIs and work his way through a castle filled with tons of enemies. I mention God of War because it is the same melee style, combo based action you find in that series. Enemies surround you and your overpowered hero quickly beats them up like an old Jackie Chan movie.
Summary: this game had so much potential. some of it was cool. i liked the storyline, the neat paint & thinner brushes idea, it all had an nice disney/magical feel to it. however- the camera angles (and some of the graphics in general) are so awful it makes for a disappointing gaming experience. not worth the time or money.
Summary: Pretty good a little dark for kids. My son is 7 and he liked it but lost interest pretty quickly. Kind of hard to figure out, but Amazon had a super good price and my kids love Mickey so we got it. Might want to skip the intro if your youngsters are watching. watching Mickey be tortured is not kid friendly and gave my son nightmares. Game is OK, but I would never pay full price for it.
Summary: First off the game itself is fantastic, I picked it up for my wife who loves Disney and especially retro Mickey. In truth it's the first game that got her to pick up the Wii remote and play, and in turn she loves it. Now on to the not so 'hot' bonuses that come in the collectors edition. First the Mickey collectible is packed terribly, being in a simple bag thrown into the box with a plastic air pillow. Like many others have said ours came damaged.
Summary: Overall, I just found it to be too tedious at times. There was entirely too much find three of this item, or destroy these four things. I think it's just a way of creating a game in limited spaces, and ultimately the levels weren't as expansive as they could have been. When you look at a game like Super Mario Galaxy and they have you going back to the same level it's not as tedious as this game was.
