Summary: I have played all Metroid games at this point. Other M is a throwback to the original type of Metroid game that came before the Prime series. You control Samus from a third person perspective in a 3D type world.
Summary: Item came in perfect condition, still in the shrink wrap. Very good deal at only 10 dollars, excellent seller. The developers, on the other hand.... The game has some solid action and very good graphics/presentation for the Wii, but the game still has some weird, uncomfortable design choices that...
Summary: Ordered this game because it was the only Metroid game I havn't played. The disc was in good shape but the game manuel was beat up. Not your traditional metroid but if you are a fan of the series then this is worth at least one play through.
Summary: Not a good direction for the series... Better for those who seek action without requiring a lot of skill, and who enjoy frustrating hunts for very specific and non obvious triggers to move to the next area. Storyline has taken a major step backwards as well.
Summary: I got this for my husband for Christmas as he used to play this on the original Nintendo. He seems to like it okay but he has complained about the picture being too dark. It is not our TV, it is the game. He strained so much trying to see the dark picture that it gave him a bad headache.
Summary: Before I even got the game, the word was out: this game stinks. At best it was a disappointment. That's what everyone seemed to be saying, anyway. Sure, there was a voice poking through every now and again saying it was actually pretty good, but they would get shot down by the more vocal "It...
Summary: Way too much to say. This game is just not a real Metroid game. Team Ninja should never get any work again. This game should be ignored from the story of Metroid and Samus. We should all pretend that this game never happened. If it was any other kind of game, it would be cool.
Summary: I'm an old school Metroid fan so I'm not here to argue graphics and sound. I'm here to react to interaction, gameplay, fun factor, and story. Interaction is verrry different and with a bit of a learning curve you can get it down though switching to first person has a tendency to interrupt gameplay.
