Summary: Metriod Prime was a great Wii game. I enjoy this game from beginning to the end. The game, Metroid Other M is just not a good game. The game goes from shooter game mode to some strange mode that was just not fun to play. After a few tries it's been placed in the "Never play that game again archive".

Summary: Samus is the kind of psycho that makes blowing up entire planets without a bathroom or coffee break her day job. I love her and her gun of magic that can somehow store hundreds of missiles (MISSILES!).
A travesty of gaming, and a disgrace to the Metroid series

Summary: Quite what anyone was thinking when this was greenlighted is beyond me, as what resulted was a game which no Metroid fan could fail to hate, and which from a more objective view has little to nothing to offer which another game hasn't done better.
Summary: I hit a game breaking bug in this, so was never able to finish it and have to recommend against buying it. It's a known bug that several FAQs mention. Hard to describe where it is, but it's in Sector 3, the SECOND time you go to sector 3, shortly after getting the grapple beam.
Metroid is a series known for great games! ...Excluding this one.

Summary: As someone who's been a long time fan of the Metroid series, it pains me to say that I can't recommend this game. The main character Samus, is utterly destroyed in this game. She's been one of the most iconic female characters in gaming and is one of the most powerful in Nintendo history, but in...
Summary: If you've ever had the pleasure of playing Super Metroid on the SNES, The Metroid Prime series on Gamecube and Wii, Metroid: Zero Mission and Fusion on the GBA or any of the other great games in the Metroid series, you are no doubt familiar with the concept of "fun".
Summary: This game is NOT a Metroid game. You spend hours watching a movie, and it feels like thats all there is too it. It's a shame that Nintendo would allow a game series as Epic as Metroid be ruined like this. There is no sense of exploration, Samus sounds like a whiny brat, and it's just plain boring.
Summary: The original NES and SNES Metroid games were fantastic. Even the GBA installments in the series were a lot of fun with solid gameplay mechanics, superb level design, and a main character who embodied a little bit of Sigourney Weaver's Ripley and Clint Eastwood; a female game hero who didn't need...
