Is it that hard to make a quality kids game?

Summary: If Sesame Street can't do it, who can. How many times are you going to tell my kid, "To choose the right shape, tilt the Wii remote back and forth and then press the 2 button." Meanwhile, the kids are getting anxious and restless while the game is locked out. Speech is incorrect at times, with unintentional character stutters, or missing letters/numbers. Thanks for getting an extra $7 out of by including the Cookie Monster cover.
Summary: This game was very challenging and fun 'til I found out it only had two missions? That was really not what I wanted because I wasted almost $25 on a game I completed in at least 6-8 hours! The game really needs a map, because it gets confusing after a bit. Great-ish game, but I suggest adding more levels and a map.
Summary: I love scooby doo and the idea of this game is nice. The biggest flaw is the controls on the game were hard even for my husband who is a hardcore gamer. Still worth trying but im not sure its a good long term game. Children may not be able to control this game.
Summary: initially got this for our son for the DS. it is wonderful on there, and he enjoys it. then, we got it for the wii. it is terrible. at times it seems impossible for the wii to read the controller's movements...and that is when I AM WORKING THE CONTROLLER! wasted money on the wii version. we also got the cookie monter carnival one...but haven't tried that yet.
Summary: scooby doo first frights was great but the sequel was a big step backwards . they are only 3 mysteries and there super easy i beat 2 cases in 30 minutes ! plus the game insted off beign in rails is now a open world and it is huge it is hard to rember where i am at times.
Summary: when i picked this game up it was not what i expected. for a game where you paratroop into battle i thought there would be more parachuting. the graphics were bland and dated, the multiplayer was a waste of time, and there wasn't very much length to it. but one of the things i liked was the feeling of it being a classic moh.
Summary: I decided to get this game because it looked fun and the man at GameStop recommended it. This game is really fun because it teaches you letters and shapes. It's super easy though, even my little brother could probably beat it and he's 5. This game is good, but not as good as COD4 shooter. This game is good to have in my collection, but ff I had it to do over again I would get a Spongebob game. That dude is hecka funny.
Summary: This game was ok I guess. I think the idea was awesome, the way you parachute into the battle field, especially on the last level. the controls were ok, but it was hard to steady it unless you have a steady hand for Wii remotes. the thing i was most disappointed in was the length. it was way to short and easy. the actual fighting was ok, but i would have made it a little more fun and hard . altogether i would say, rent this game, because i beat it in about 3 or 4 hours.
