Summary: My kids love this game. Have used it for 6 months (only allowed 3x/wk for 30 min... how mean). Keeps them entertained but a mindless activity. I'd love it if someone out there would produce an interactive video game which taught worthwhile skills while allowing the kids to have some fun (and without the "dark images" as the levels progress). They'd probably give it a 5 star rating. But, "Poppa" gives it a 3 because the violence level is manageable.
Summary: I really enjoy Mario Kart for the Game Cube. It's a little bit harder to use the Wii controller to play this game. For example, I can always win in the hardest level of Baby Park on the Game Cube, but with the Wii I come in last place. I think that once you're adjusted to the Wii controller it is easier- it just takes practice. Also, it has new levels!
Summary: I bought this console after realizing that all Wii consoles were sold out for Christmas. I was a little disappointed to have to buy a used one. Overall, I was satisfied with the product. It had some scratches on the console & the previous owner did not delete the console's memory. Other than that it has worked fine & was fairly priced.
Summary: Last XMas on a whim I bought my sisters a shiny new red Wii. We had a lot of fun playing with the Wii Sports game that came with it. So much fun that I thought I'd buy one for myself too. But after months of trying various games and accessory items, I now mostly use the Wii for the Netflix streaming. I can honestly say that Wii Sports is the best game overall, which is sad considering it's over four years old and the one that comes with the system.
Summary: The product showed up on time however I ordered MarioKart and two steering wheels - one pink and one blue. What showed up were 2 pink steering wheels and since it was for my niece and nephew, I ended up having to run out and get another wheel just before X-mas.
