Summary: Bought the MLB2K10 for my 8 year old boys for x-mas - even though the 2K11 was out, I purchaed this as it was available through Walmart for $39.95 as opposed to the $49.95 for the 2K11 - they are thoroughly enjoying it & I was able to get a great deal on it! I am expecting to buy the 2K11 for a discounted price next x-mas - it is totally worth it to buy the current year & save to $$!!
Summary: This game is actually pretty good when you consider that it is on the Wii. If you play at a high enough level, it is challenging and the fact that you have to move a little to play can't hurt either. Granted, it is missing online roster updates, online play and some updated stadium info (you see the outside of Old Yankee Stadium when playing the Yankees in NY), but if you take it for what it is, a baseball game on the Wii it can and is quite fun.
Summary: For many baseball video game fans, MVP '06 was and will be the gold standard...yet we're left with the Show & 2k. After switching back and forth each year from one to the other, I decided to try 2k10 for the Wii. I had last year's 2k10, and lost interest after a month or so. So far, this game has been about as fun as I could have expected. I was scared at first that there wasn't a franchise, but it just took a few clicks to find it.
Summary: Great game! I just got my copy of MLB 2K10 for the wii and it's really fun however it has a few flaws. One of the flaws are the glitches witch can be quite annoying except for the fact that they can also be really funny sometimes. Another problem are the graphics. The graphics aren't very good compared to ps3 or xbox but they're actually really good in wii standards.
