Excerpt: The Wii launch saw many big names trying to steal the spotlight but it was clear that Zelda would always triumph in the end snagging peoples attention right from day one. Then there was Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz, Rayman Raving Rabbids and the super-hyped up Red Steel.
Summary: Took a day or two to work out the controls properly but now my 6 year old boy can't keep off this game. He loves it (I often play with him too). Great value, for the price of a pint, can't go wrong.
Summary: I absolutely adore this game! I recently brought it and I think it's great! In this review I will tell you why I like it so much. I will start of with the controls as these are really innovative on madden 07 for the wii. The controls really make the game lifelike, to throw the ball as the quarterback players have to make an actual throwing motion. To throw the ball quickly players have to make a quick motion while a really long ball can be done with a slower motion.
Pros: Great controls, new mini games, cool stadiums
Summary: Madden 07 really has utilised the controls of the Nintendo Wii. You can stiff arm using your arms, throw by “throwing” the controller, and catch by simply throwing your arms up. But have the new controls got in the way of the game play? In short, no. In fact, they have enhanced it in some areas. Things such as side-stepping and stiff arms now become enjoyable to perform as you see your player respond to your actions.
Summary: VERY GOOD CONTROLS AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMMENT ( IN STORY MODE ) ALTHOUGH 1 PROBLEM, BIG HITS/ BIG TACKLE IS RATHER UNACCURATE AND DOESNT RECOGNISE YOUR MOVEMENT. very good but you find yourself wanting to be a different posioton so u keep starting again, ive had it for ages now and barely gone past the 1st month!!!!!!!!
Excerpt: "...can really only remember that Madden seems to be the only genuine all round good American football game. Although this is good for business it also puts high expectations onto the shoulder of EA as people expect improvements to be made and the gameplay to be better. I have watched many NFL games and I have brought a few of the older Madden NFL games which have been pretty good so I was hoping that when I heard Madden would be coming out on the Nintendo ...
Pros: Realistic, lots of menu choices, good minin games
Cons: Controls take a while to get used to, graphics could be better
