If you don't like bad graphics don't get this game
23 April 2013
Summary: This game is actually OK once you get past the boring part at the beginning. I guess what I am trying to warn you about is the graphics and the story line. The graphics are absolutely horrible everything is a cartoon and their hands are bigger than their heads you also seem very small compared to everything else around you.
Summary: Fair disclosure, I am not a serious video game player. This is possibly the first non-Mario or Legend of Zelda game I've ever played (besides GoldenEye for 64.) Anyway, I bought this because I'm a huge Tolkien fan, and I just finished Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. So disappointing. Graphics aren't very good, there are frequently times when you can't really see what's going on. The "quests" can be kind of confusing, and the controls are very clunky.
Summary: Very weak. Game play is blunt, no finesse, story is slow. Action is very much hack and slash. The transitions between story lines is slow and laborious. I'm surprised this game was rated as high as it was.
Summary: I'm a big LOTR fan and i wasn't very impressed by this game. I found it odd that the first couple of levels were so quick and easy to get through, but i dismissed it as being intro material to just get used to the game/controls etc. I was quickly proved wrong though, as it took me less than a day to beat the game. It wasn't challenging at all.
Summary: When I first picked up Aragorn's Quest, another Wii game came to mind immedeitely: Monster Hunter Tri. I then thought to myself "Hey, MH3 was a fun ride, maybe this will be the same'. Well, if this is what you're thinking, erase that thought immedeately. AQ is as tedious as online rpgs get, and it sucks even more combined with the crap-tastic graphics, weak enemies, and boring gameplay. If you thought the remote-nunchuck scheme for MH3 sucked, wait until you see...
