The old Looney Tunes cartoons have all the elements for generation-spanning entertainment. Unique characters. Fun storylines. Multidimensional humor. Fantastic music. Basically, the Warner Bros. cartoons of yore have what it takes to be called "classic." Looney Tunes: Acme Arsenal does not. In spite of its excellent source material and association with Warner Bros. Read more

Vooks have been following the development of this Red Tribe studios game for a long time, from even before it was actually announced what the project was. Later we learnt that the Melbourne developer had picked up quite a coup and were working on a Looney Tunes game for the newly formed Warner Bros. Interactive. Now, nearly two years later, we've got our hands on the final game and it's time to see how it holds up. Read more

Fight robots and fire heavy weaponry, just like they don't in the Looney Tunes cartoons. A very poor effort that doesn't succeed on any level. Read more

While many videogame console owners may find the gameplay a little too easy, younger gamers and newbies will enjoy what's on offer here. It's colourful, it's vibrant, the controls are simple and the premise straight forward. Read more

This game is a fun one to play either by yourself or with others. You can play in story mode or you can play against each other with various "weapons". When playing against each other, you can choose your charactor and change your weapon. My boys are older and we have fun playing this. Read more

Personally I love the game- especially playing as Daffy. It's really not that hard for me yet, but I haven't reached the end. Why haven't I reached the end? BECAUSE THE DAMNED THING FREEZES!!! On the Playstation 2 it absolutely will not go past the Prehistoric era because it freezes! Everytime! And this is a brand new disk! The first time I'm playing! And guess what. So did the last two disks! The disk is perfect, my system is perfectly clean with no problems at all! Read more or see product

*Please note that the following review is based upon a 1 player experience only. How hard is it to make a well loved movie or very popular cartoon characters into a playable platformer game? A simple question to answer surely and one that Australian game developers Redtribe have haphazardly tried to answer across three platforms at the same time. Going by Acme Arsenal on the Nintendo Wii, it seems that this console has been neglected. Read more

This game is a terrible cash in duping people who haven't bothered to read reviews before buying. The average review score is 27/100 which gives you some idea of what a waste of money this is. If you want a good cartoony game for the kids buy Super Mario Galaxy, Zack and Wiki or Eledees. They're all far better and much more fun. Read more
