Harry Potter LEGO for Wii

Excerpt: The produt arrived very quickly after placing my order. I was pleased to find that there was also a bonus Harry Potter movie DVD with one of the games. The animations are great and the H.P. theme is perfect for my 11 year old daughter.
Summary: I got this for my 9 year old son's BDay in April. He really loved the game but recently told me he gets an error code that the disc is corrupt and will not save his progress. He said it was like that from the day he first played it. I wish he had told me sooner and now I missed the return window. I was going to buy the next series, but will definitely be cautious to review it as soon as we get it!
Excerpt: My son & daughter love playing this video game. My son has been reading the books & watching the movies. This game years 1-4 is better than 5-7 & I high recommend it for other kids. My kids have no complaints & plays it almost daily with excitement from beginning to end.
Summary: More than meets my expectations for the price. I bought this game with another for the 2 for $30 deal Walmart advertised a few weeks ago. At first I thought the game would be too simple, but it's not. There are many goals to complete and awards to achieve, even after you've finished the storyline; there are any bonus levels to unlock, characters, etc...so the game provides hours of entertainment. I especially like the comical way the story is told: very funny.
It's kept my husband and sons entertained for over a month now!

Summary: I have only played this a few times to help my 5 year old get someone to jump onto high things, but I have watched my 5 year old, 8 year old and husband play and they love it. They particularly like the videos and that it's challenging but not unfair. My 5 yo enjoyed watching the Star Wars game but didn't get into playing it - he really enjoys this game. It's also led to some really entertaining play with the Harry Potter lego sets we have!
Summary: Being a HUGE HP fan, (and an adult) and being terrible at video games yet loving them, this game is the way to go. I though these would be silly little games for young children but a friend suggested I play them simply because they take the HP movies and then add lego jokes that are little twists on what really happens in the movies. They're fun and easy enough that I don't feel like I am terrible while I play.
Summary: Ive been an avid follower of Lego Games and this is a breath of fresh air. With a lot of things to do which have an effect to your ability to cast spell really keep things interesting. The occasional humor also does keep with the Lego tradition of comedy which makes playing it enjoyable fun. Of course it is base loosely on the actual movie which kind make you expect what is coming. Recommend for everyone who likes Lego theme games.
Summary: Even though this game got some mixed reviews I wanted to buy it because we're already fans of the other Lego series games (Batman, Star Wars, Indiana Jones), and because my 7 year old likes Harry Potter (we haven't allowed him to see anything but clips of the first film, and won't introduce the whole series until he's a bit older, but he was taken with Harry Potter all the same).
Summary: My kids bought this for themselves. They love it. (Ages 12, 10 and 4 1/2) When they figured out I knew all about the characters and the stories (I love Harry Potter, they never really have...) they got interested in the books and movies. We're homeschoolers so tying the books and movies together with the game and talking about it as literature has been really fun and easy.
