Excerpt: Families all over America need to take notice the triumphant return of Hudson Entertainment. Konami partnered with Hudson Entertainment to bring us this spectacular video game. Kororinpa Marble Mania on the Nintendo Wii is one of the best games I have played all year (editor: in the year of our Lord 2007). Players use the Wii Remote to rotate around the level in a way that will roll their marble collecting the orange gems, and finally making it to the goal.
Excerpt: The other segment are the casual gamers, the non-gamers, and the gamers returning after 10+ years of not owning a game system. This crowd is the one getting rewarded the most for buying their Wii.
Excerpt: Ever wonder what it'd be like as a cat or dog or even a penguin walking through your world? It's always been a cool idea to me; the idea of being able to hang out all day with no care in the world. Well, in Kororinpa: Marble Mania, they improve on this fascination. You don't become an animal, but better"a marble that looks like an animal. After playing the game, the idea of becoming one of these marbles doesn't seem quite as thrilling.
Conclusion: Again not showing much effort, the game allows you to select a few different forgettable tunes to waft through the room as you play. Several of the marbles also make noises (for example, the cat marble meows), but they make the same noise repeatedly and it becomes quite tedious.
Summary: Prepare to rock and roll as your brain does a loop the loop with Kororinpa, the ultimate Wii puzzle game! Tilting the Wiimote with poise and precision, players must seek to navigate their favorite cute and quirky balls, each with their own look and varying benefits, through complex 3D mazes.
