Summary: I'd rather dig out my old original Nintendo and play the very first Nintendo game Ice Hockey. It's far superior to this one. It was mine and my kids first entry to the kidz sports game, I certainly hope others are better although this one is so bad I'll likely never find out.
Summary: I feel really bad for the people who dished out a good amount of money for this game. Why does Nintendo continue to allow this trash to saturate the market for their console? Forty+ dollars is bad but I'd say it's not even worth the bandwidth or blank disc to download and burn it illegally.
Summary: There are many cool Wii games out there with excellent controls and re-playability (ie. Mario and Sonic Olympics); this game is far from one of them. I was excited to try this game out as the pictures reminded me of Ice Hockey for NES. It's nothing like it, fine, but then there is nothing right about this game. Graphics: mediocre Audio: poor Gameplay: poor Controls: broke The PC is pretty dumb, yet they know how to exploit the game.
Summary: I'll take it one step further than the other reviewer - I would rather go out and play hockey bare foot in the snow than try and play this lame game again! Huge frustration for both my 8 year-old hockey player son and I. Only buy this game if you feel the need for self-abuse! (In fact, a sadly learned lesson of buying video games for the Wii, is only buy them after reading lots of reviews, because many of them stink!
Wii's first hockey game sets the bar very, very low. IGN Review

Summary: Data Design Interactive is at it again with another shovelware title in the form of Kidz Sports Ice Hockey, this time published by Destineer Software's sub-company Bold Games. As with everything else we've seen from the developer thus far, Ice Hockey is a quick cash-in on the Wii's current success, and offers very little to gamers looking for a properly tested, entertaining, worthwhile purchase.
