Summary: I purchased this as part of Amazon's Black Friday deals for $15. It is fun, and I certainly have gotten at least that much enjoyment out of it. However, I don't think it is worth paying full price for. 1. As some have mentioned this is not strictly speaking a "karaoke" game. The songs play as they appeared on the show. This means that some of them are shorter than the actual song would be. Also, the singer tracks from the show haven't been deleted.
Summary: It way okay. Even after reading the reviews, I was pretty eager about this game. But the songs are...okay....and the game itself does have the little problems mentioned in the other reviews. I'm not a good singer, but I could swear some songs make you pitch your notes wildly off - i mean, i can hear the actual cast, you can't tell me they're off too! In fact, having the mike up to the speakers gets BAD scores! I sang like 80%, the cast sang 60%!
Summary: This game does not have a good song selection unless you like older music. If you are in your 20's and are looking for top/current hits, forget about it. This games contains mostly older songs that arent very fun to sing.
Summary: This game is a lot of fun. It's a sing along game trying to beat your last score. As you sing they play the clips that go along with the song which I sometimes get distracted with. I think it's very entertaining. Downfalls: Only 15 songs Not all characters are in the clips. When I say not all characters are in the clips I mean for instance they are missing Emma which was usually an essential part of the clips of the songs you're singing to.
Summary: I was really excited to try this game when it came out, and I'm happy with it...not ecstatic, but happy. I've since read all the reviews and I agree with most of the things that were said. The biggest comment I noticed was about the lead vocals and how they can't be turned off. While it's true that doesn't make it a "karaoke" game, I still like it. It's fun to sing along with the main characters because I'm such a "gleek.
