Summary: This game is rated EC and my 3 year old is able to play on her own. I noticed alot of bad ratings on amazon because some children aren't able to play by themselves .Well I'm not one of those people who "swear my kids a genius" but I would definitely question the mental capacity of the ones that are struggling. It is a great learning game and I will continue to recommend it to other parents.
Summary: First off I'd like to start off by saying that this game is so much fun for kids. Not only is this fun but it's educational. my daughter has a neurological disorder so she's unfortunately never been good at hand eye coordination games however, she is so good at this. the controls are so easy to control. i am so pleased with my daughters progress on this game.
Summary: I am a Kindergarten teacher and I think this game is wonderful. I have a 3 year old daughter and she can play this game without any assistance and it keeps her entertained for hours. There are many educational games and she loves to walk around and explore the island. She also likes to change her character's clothes after a dip in the lake because she claims the clothes are wet. :.
Summary: My son received this game for his 4th birthday and absolutely loves it. Besides Wii bowling, this is the only other game he has played so is not experienced with video game play. It took him only a few minutes to figure out how to use the controller to move around and select items or go in the various buildings. He loves all the games and is now recognizing letters and numbers that he didn't know before.
Summary: My five-year-old granddaughter loves this game. It has two modes - explorer mode and story mode. In explorer mode, she can go to any world and play with any pet. In story mode, she has to complete tasks in order to find and play with the pets. In either mode, she can name, feed, and bathe the pets. Taking care of the pets is her favorite part. Both modes are easy for her to play.
Summary: Picked up a copy of Pet Rescue the other day. We have been a JumpStart family for years, and was excited to see a Wii title by JumpStart. My 4 year old (boy) and 6 year old (girl) both really enjoy the game (albeit for different reasons). My son love the slide and exploring around the different areas while my daughter has taken on the missions of freeing the pets and bathing them, etc.
