Summary: Not a bad game, good for mixing up the routine on a rainy day. Not too challenging but I do het a decent workout. I'm generally not worn out at the end so use it when I am looking for a cardio circuit which combines cardio/strength to save time.
Summary: However I am not very out of shape. The workouts just moved far to slow for me. I gave it to a friend who is obese and she said it is wonderful and moves at the right pace for her to breath a bit between moves.
Summary: This is a great workout. I can actually work up a sweat and end up sore if I don't properly stretch. There are several exercise to tone specific parts of your body. About the only negative is that I don't think it has the best long term playability.
Summary: This game is helpful for me to target areas that I want. It doesnt give you any instruction or show you what the move is before you do it. That would be helpful to know what the move looks like before you get scored on it. I also noticed that on the swing kicks, you do the opposite of "Jillian".
Summary: I see a few people giving this bad reviews. I think the point here is that you have to know who Jillian Michaels is. And, if your new to fitness, then you probably won't. She's a pretty intense hardcore fitness professional. And, this game shows it.
Summary: Well the daughter wanted something to get her going. She wants to loose weight. And she asked me to get something for her. She wanted another game, But I told her I will get her something at a lesser price. She's Happy.
Summary: I love this workout....very interactive, and its a lil weird when Jillian shouts at you when you think you're phoning it in....ive done the workout a few times but not consistently enough yet (due to travel demands) to see a major difference...
