Great if your very out of shape
2 May 2014
Summary: However I am not very out of shape. The workouts just moved far to slow for me. I gave it to a friend who is obese and she said it is wonderful and moves at the right pace for her to breath a bit between moves. So if your mildly fit or better this is not for you, if your pretty out of shape this will get you where you need to be without pushing you too hard.
Summary: This game is helpful for me to target areas that I want. It doesnt give you any instruction or show you what the move is before you do it. That would be helpful to know what the move looks like before you get scored on it. I also noticed that on the swing kicks, you do the opposite of "Jillian". I did it incorrect the whole rep until I finally figured out that it was opposite. Then I got almost all of them! Otherwise, this game kicks my butt! Which is a good thing!
Summary: I see a few people giving this bad reviews. I think the point here is that you have to know who Jillian Michaels is. And, if your new to fitness, then you probably won't. She's a pretty intense hardcore fitness professional. And, this game shows it. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles as Wii Fit Plus and other games, but then again, that is not what Jillian Michaels is about. She's about hardcore fitness and getting you to her level.
Summary: Honestly, I played this program the first time in a "true" beginner's mode and found myself having serious trouble keeping up with it. This is the program I would use after getting used to doing fitness workouts on the Wii. It is a great program with lots of creative ways to do ordinary workouts like running or jogging plus weights toning and aerobics. You must be absolutely serious about fitness to "get" this program.
Summary: I just worked out with the game yesterday I programmed the 6 month and I did the pre programmed circuit work out Along with all of the work outs on the alternate locations. I have to say the push ups kicked my butt. I am sore today. And I will be working out every day. So far so good. Also I had no problems with the Controls or negative comments, I got a 80% so I am not sure that Long term this will offer the best work out as far as a challenge goes.
Summary: I recently purchased this due to being bored from the Wii Fit Plus. I wasnt feeling like I was getting anything out of it, but to still make use of the balance board this seemed like a good fit. The game includes numerous fitness tips and a calendar to help you get the most out of the workout. I have only done it three days and have woken up sore and sweated the whole time.
Summary: I bought the Biggest Loser game and then the next day I had to buy this one. The Biggest Loser game is awesome!! I did a review on that one as well. This game is really cool. It feels as if your training with Jillian and let me tell you...I did my first workout and it was HARD!! I was out of breath and had to sit down numerous times. The controls on the Wii board are very responsive.
Here are some things I wanted to know before buying this game.

Summary: I started watching The Biggest Loser this year and fell in love with Jillian Michael's hardcore training style. I bought 2009 Ultimatum last year and gave up on it after I couldnt jump on the logs. I recently bought the biggest loser game and it is enjoyable from an exercise aspect and a fun aspect. The exercises in my opinion are somewhat easy, however it is a fun game and some calories are burned.
Summary: I love Jillian Michaels. That is why I purchased this game. I like that her workouts are intense and get results. I have some of her dvds and like them. The difference in the dvds and this game is that as you work through one of the 'resolutions' it will intensify the workout. For instance this game started with me doing only 15 pushups at a time. Yesterday during the course of my workout I completed 80 altogether.
