You have chosen... poorly.

Summary: This game is miserable. There were parts that made me laugh, but only because of the lack of work that was put into the game design. If you're expecting a cinematic experience resembling any of the Indiana Jones films, look somewhere else-- Anywhere else.
Summary: With the Indy Games I have always enjoyed them so when I saw this one for a good price. When I played the game I only played it for around 45 minutes before switching it off & not playing it again as the game is very boring & poorly made.
Summary: This game looked fun in the trailer, but little did I know. The controls do not seem to react most of the time (which got me killed several times). If you mess up right at the end of a challenge you have to start right at the beginning of the challenge again which can get extremely frustrating. Would not recommend this game to anyone.
Excerpt: Being Indiana Jones is most guys dream, being awesome, getting a whip, always winning fights.....if you want to keep that dream alive then DON'T buy this game. THE GOOD ========= ..............well theres the..wait no.......you can......nooo.....erm......well............... The box art is pretty cool....and if you play it they call you indy. I really hate to full on pan a game, but there is really nothing going for Staff of Kings. THE BAD ======= Ok here we go.
Summary: Was given this by my fiancee for my birthday. Couldn't get it to load at all, kept saying disk error. Wrote to activision, called them, changed it 3 times, still couldn't get it to work. Even with wii updates etc. Every other game I've had has worked fine. Looks like they've given up helping me now so I'm going to trade it in for something that works. Was really looking forward to playing it.
Conclusion: The ONLY good thing I can say about this game is that some of the options when fighting are great. Unfortunately, that's it!! Not only is the game incredibly short (I finished it in 2 days) but the graphics are bad and most of the game play is boring. It left me with a feeling that Lucas et al. ripped me off for £30. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!! Hire it from your local shop first to see how poor it is. That'll a least save you some money.
Conclusion: This game is awful! With the Lucasarts tag I was expecting great things. I cannot believe that they have put this load of twaddle out. The game is bugged beyond belief for 2009, the graphics are awful, the combat laughable with baddies just standing there waiting for you to do something (and that's if they are not stuck in the background graphics). I had to turn it off during the third level, which I have never done with a game before.
